    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW worst experience being a new bsnl customer. My new sim is not activated yet from 11 February. Staff is disgusting and not supportable.Unnao bsnl exchange office (209801) near post office. Jab 15 feb. Ko activate hua to usme recharge nahi kiya gaya. Help.

    @Airtel_Presence I ported my number from bsnl to airtel but not receiving verification code from my organisation to login in the system. It’s delaying my work. Kindly help me ASAP. It’s urgent. Meanwhile I’m receiving others sms but not verification code which sender is numeric

    @BSNLCorporate One of the worst services provided by BSNL. Yesterday in the morning I have lost the connection and when we try to connect with service provider even they are not responding. Now it's more than 30 hours I'm not able to use WIFI. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate i thought buying #BSNL sim getting it recharged so that the people who complain about connectivity and data speed i can answer them but they were right worst internet speed , still on 3g and you guys r selling it on the name of #4G

    @VodafoneIN It's been more than 24hrs of my complaint, no contact is been made by @VodafoneIN and the problem still remains same. How reluctant ! Actually you don't deserve to have a single customer. Even BSNL works more enthusiastically than you. Shame !

    Took a review of pending HR issues of BSNL employees today with senior officers of @BSNLCorporate and @DoT_India. Directed that employee grievances be addressed promptly and no legitimate issue remain pending without resolution.     📉 MTNL’s Financial Update: BSNL Takes Over Operations Amid Ongoing Challenges | MCap 1,894.41 Cr - CRISIL Ratings has continued its 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications' for MTNL's Rs.6500 crore bonds and Rs.20 crore Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). - The rating was placed on watch negative due to non-adherence to the structured payment mechanism for government-guaranteed bonds, with delays in funding the designated account beyond the T-3 date. - Subsequent interest payments have adhered to the stipulated payment mechanism, but breaches in the T-10 day funding requirement by MTNL due to liquidity challenges were noted. - MTNL's loan account with Bank of India (BOI) became a non-performing asset (NPA) on September 4, 2024, though this is not expected to impact the escrow accounts for bond servicing. - The rating is supported by an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from the Government of India and a trustee-administered payment mechanism. - MTNL reported a revenue of Rs.956 crore in 2026, with a significant loss after tax of Rs.-3107 crore, reflecting ongoing financial challenges. - CRISIL Ratings will continue to monitor adherence to the payment mechanism; any future non-adherence may lead to a downgrade. - MTNL's operations in Delhi and Mumbai are now managed by BSNL under a 10-year service agreement effective January 1, 2025, aiming for EBITDA-neutral operations.
