    @CMDBSNL Plz look into this. Even if we the common people want to support BSNL Services, such lame Customer Service is an area of concern.

    @bha_at @BSNLCorporate Its been 1 year since the connection and no day goes when i do not call the concerned person for the connection problem . It has been the daily routine of network issue from BSNL side. When you call the person for the complaint, the only thing they do is to blame the higher auth.

    @Airtel_Presence Your company is worse than BSNL. BSNL has agreed to lay down a new line with immediate effect just for me. This is where Airtel lags behind. You do not give power to their field officers to lay down internet lines on their own. BSNL and other private players field officers can.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW worst experience being a new bsnl customer. My new sim is not activated yet from 11 February. Staff is disgusting and not supportable.Unnao bsnl exchange office (209801) near post office. Jab 15 feb. Ko activate hua to usme recharge nahi kiya gaya. Help.

    Sir I Sharad Tandon applied for ftth Bharat net through BSNL self-care. On 14/02/20 customer care call me and told me that your Bharat fiber I'd is 5000889960 and our sales team will contact you with in 48 hours ( working days) .

    @BSNLCorporate i thought buying #BSNL sim getting it recharged so that the people who complain about connectivity and data speed i can answer them but they were right worst internet speed , still on 3g and you guys r selling it on the name of #4G

    @VodafoneIN It's been more than 24hrs of my complaint, no contact is been made by @VodafoneIN and the problem still remains same. How reluctant ! Actually you don't deserve to have a single customer. Even BSNL works more enthusiastically than you. Shame !

    @Airtel_Presence I ported my number from bsnl to airtel but not receiving verification code from my organisation to login in the system. It’s delaying my work. Kindly help me ASAP. It’s urgent. Meanwhile I’m receiving others sms but not verification code which sender is numeric

    @rsprasad @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India sir I voted for yr govt both tims. On paper digital india. But I m informing you at my place no network of any cellular. Even 2g, one BSNL BROAD BAND IS THERE but that is nonfunctional 18 hrs in a day.. no one listens.

    @checkmike123123 @IndiaNewGen Making all PSUs profitable would mean firing most employees guru.... The right way to do it is to do what they are with HAL and BSNL. It shows in how tax rates have come down over the last decade. Jaitley-Nirmala-Piyush have been good at their jobs

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, many of us in Lolab, Kupwara are willing to switch to BSNL, but poor connectivity in Darpora, Lalpora, Sogam and adjoining areas forces us to rely on other networks. Kindly improve coverage. #BSNL #Kupwara

    @skh27 Who’s using BSNL FTTH these days? They’re horrible on their best days. It’s so bad that even if you want you can’t work connected to their network.

    BSNL reported a net loss of ₹4,738 crore for the full FY26 (more than double the previous year's ₹2,247 crore loss). In Q4 FY26 alone, it posted a ₹1,269 crore loss (vs. a profit in the prior year due to accounting changes). ● Revenue grew modestly by ~1.7% to ₹21,199 crore, missing the government target of ₹28,476 crore. Cellular/ Mobile Service business (26% of revenue) saw only 1% growth. ● Positive notes : Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) rose significantly (reported 42% jump to ₹101 in some updates). Revenue has grown ~20-25% over two years to around ₹25,000 crore, with strong EBITDA improvements in earlier quarters (e.g., margins expanding notably due to operational efficiencies and 4G push).
