    Past more than four months our bsnl landline 01942415807 stopped worked as wires snapped. Most of khwaja Bagh Colony Zakura since then disconnected. Repeated complains at #BSNL customer care , but no response. @BSNL_JK are u shutting up . Today's complaint no is 1051654655

    The major and sole cause of BSNL's bankruptcy across the country is it's third class Customer service and KAAMCHOOR field staff. @BSNLCorporate I applied online for Bharat Net. Officer whom I talked excused that BSNL high ups r forwarding our numbers without our knowledge.

    Seriously ! Does BSNL provide 4g service in Kashmir. No they don't have It yet even in #Delhi 'the capital city' ! They official started #4g services on 1st March limited to some states of South India & MP/Gujrat !

    Got frequent calls from bsnl employee to clear 1 month due of my offce line,which not possible to go out & pay but my home line bill has been already paid annually, which is not working since a week, called the concerned JTO but ill response. Pls do needfull.

    Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

    I told everyone to port to BSNL to save a govt company, 6-7 people have ported also, but your network is pathetic, a bunch of morons are sitting there. Cant call 1860 no. with an unlimited plan, I can call from other networks fine. @BSNLCorporate gonna tell everybody to port out.

    @UllasKu12676573 Sir, at present the area is non-feasible for BSNL Fibre connection. The vendor is ascertaining the demand & when demand for sufficient connections to ensure financial viability is there, the cable will be laid by the vendor & connection will be provided to the customer.Regards

    @BSNLCorporate couldn't send porting message to 1900 through my bsnl number. So I went to customer service center there they said I have to Recharge rs. 147. Why I have to pay such amount if I want to port to other sim card.
