Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.

Road corners & junctions need early attention.

BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. As I am handicapped, going somewhere is a big task. The location of the BSNL office where I visited is Baijnath district kangra-176125.

All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment
