But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. Once Tata Indicom CDMA landline available, we quickly switched for instant connection, modern device with inbuilt modem with internet which I even used for my office work later years.
