But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.
