BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. If customers complaint a probleme they taking handsup.

But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

Babu Mani (@ChartWizMani) reportedBooked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.
