Road corners & junctions need early attention.

Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.

So it's not useful even bsnl 3g provide better ping then Jio 4g 5g in my area. If I complain they tell we are working on it but untill new tower installed nothing will fix.

Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM. When I asked them why, they said will not provide any further assistance regarding the matter.
