BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. If customers complaint a probleme they taking handsup.

After selecting payment through upi and paying the amount, the MY BSNL app got closed and the amount got deducted. Tried calling customer service. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @DoT_India

But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.
