BSNL always welcomes new customer but they didn't taking responsibility of their customers. BSNL always forget to give service, resoving customers problems. If customers complaint a probleme they taking handsup.

Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost.
