@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I use BSNL FTTH, I would like if BSNL really owns it, I will be redirected to contractors and nobody picks up the calls when there is an issue, please stop blaming Govt is BSNL closes, It's employees have to change their mindset of serving customer

I have bsnl bharat fiber connection 2976589.narain garh road Tagore garden 19 -01-2021 it's wire breakdown . I book complaint on 198 and also ask verbaly to responsible person .till day bb is not set right .bsnl it's very bad service
