    @narendramodi @rsprasad Iam forced to lodge a complaint against lackadaisical approach of BSNL towards a customer. Yesterday at 11am I applied for replacement SIM against no 8895296500. Even after 36 hours the SIM could not be activated and we are in deep trouble in communicating

    @Airtel_Presence @getasif96 Dear Asif, Airtel will never upgrade network. I'm hearing this since last 4 yrs. Better switch to other. This company is now worse than BSNL & network is very weak even in prime locations of Delhi NCR. They expect us to receive or make a call from Airtel office. Let's expose Atel

    @BSNLCorporate By getting assurance from Local BSNL officer again we convienced BSNL but still we are not getting concistent data flow which was assured. By believing we again pour money to BSNL but still a dream to get the proper service from BSNL.

    @NihalSarin BSNL need to do lots of things pan India wide.Thousands of customers are leaving bsnl due to disconnected lines & indifference behaviour of bsnl employees towards their customer. GOI has already removed lineman & repair contractors, making bsnl an entity without hand & feet...

If BSNL cannot provide good service, customers will switch. Even the employees of BSNL are at fault. How many times we have seen their arrogance

    @BSNLCorporate I have recharged to increase validity of my BSNL prepaid mobile number. Amount is deducted and I got message also for successful recharge but validity is not extend again I repeated the validity recharge again same problem. Reason to port out in mass.

What's the problem? Other companies have to compete if they want to beat adani and Ambani. Bsnl failed cos it couldn't compete with Jio +
