    @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am forced to lodge a complaint against lackadaisical approach of BSNL towards a customer. Yesterday at 11am I applied for replacement SIM against no 8895296500. Even after 36 hours the SIM could not be activated and we are in deep trouble in communicating.

    ...it goes unnoticed. Please escalate this issue else disconnect. A sheer ignorance on the part of BSNL has caused trouble so far.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was Port my sim frm vi to airtel after activation of Airtel sim I m facing issues of income call frm only airtel number . When someone call me frm Airtel no it's show invalid number when someone call frm vi,jio,bsnl then the call was connect. Wtd?

    @JioCare Jio fiber comes really close to the customer service of BSNL. Absolutely pathetic. My fiber is not working for 2 days straight now and all they can do is say "in the next 24hrs it will get fixed" ABSOLUTELY TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @nitin_gadkari @narendramodi Sir, with due respect..Telecom service without latest technology is useless. In 2016,4g service started by pvt. operator & till today BSNL don't have 4G spectrum. Now 5G spectrum is also given to pvt operators & they will start service within few days.. Kindly kill BSNL at once..
