    @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am forced to lodge a complaint against lackadaisical approach of BSNL towards a customer. Yesterday at 11am I applied for replacement SIM against no 8895296500. Even after 36 hours the SIM could not be activated and we are in deep trouble in communicating.

    @DoT_India My request is to waive off current bill and refund me according to my usage which I could not enjoy my quota of 3500 GB due to net issue. The connection was established for a 15 rooms hotel and it got failed just bcs of services by tehri Bsnl team

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM isn't getting connected to any mobile network in int'l roaming in Singapore. I've already tried all the steps on the website. Also recharged with Rs 279 for the same. Also tried the SIM in 4 different phones. Where do I share my number for you to check?

    BSNL wasting my money bsnl service down in my aera max time but no proper solution but Sim ka plan time pr hi khatm hota hai ye 12 -12 hr service band kr k rakhte hai plz provide them skilled technicians so work will complete on time,

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir BSNL n/w is down in my area from 12 PM still showing no service plz improve ur services, due to no service ur customer facing lots of issues when BSNL understand our problems and work properly,Plz provide permanent solution.

    @DoT_India Thanks for noting the concern. 1) It's quite surprising that @BSNLCorporate NEVER issued GST-based e-receipt for online bill payment. 2) Many times no SMS for payment received and 3) If call BSNL customer care they ask to wait 2-3 days for payment to get updated in the system.
