    @rsprasad @BSNLRkl I am forced to lodge a complaint against lackadaisical approach of BSNL towards a customer. Yesterday at 11am I applied for replacement SIM against no 8895296500. Even after 36 hours the SIM could not be activated and we are in deep trouble in communicating.

    @SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia Most of #Samsung mobs don't connect #BSNL 4G. Even Samsung service centre confirmed, Samsung mobs have software issue in connecting to BSNL4G & fix/patch should be released. BSNL too confirmed. Will Samsung fix it or should we switch to othr brands.

    @bsnl_care I like to support govt's telecom that's why i remind everyday same problem. But now i feel bsnl doesn't value their customer seriously .But i had recharged for 3 months. So after 3 months i will port out to another telecom and never purchase or suggest bsnl at any cost in my life

    @BSNL_HP Plz improve mobile signal as well.... Being an integaral part of BSNL as a FTTH TIP, i always receive negative reviews regarding mobile networks. Infact in main Hamirpur city, the mobile connectivity is very poor. (FTTH works well 👍)
