  @njnrn With Jio in IR, they have an established FAQ and means to recover it for you while you're abroad. I can't imagine that nightmare with any other network, especially BSNL.

  @BSNLCorporate Ported to BSNL hoping for better service, but the network coverage is very poor in my area. Calls drop and data barely works. Very disappointed. Please look into this.

  @njnrn When will this senior officer will reach to ordinary people like us ?when we face same problem ? We also want to go with bsnl but we still face 2g service in our area forgot about 3g/4g/5g .

  @njnrn When I moved to Bengaluru in 2016, I didn’t receive the #BSNL network in my apartment. After I raised a complaint online, a BSNL representative personally came to check whether there was coverage. Unfortunately I was not available at apartment due to office.

  That's not what most of us remember. Most of us remember the days when we waited for multiple weeks for BSNL to fix after logging complaint on 198. And then "visiting exchange to speak to SDO sahab" Just being honest! :-)

  @njnrn I had taken a BSNL internet service in my home in 2008 . I wanted to upgrade my plan , so I visited the BSNL office. Took 5 hours for them to tell me that I have to write a letter and attach proofs for upgrading the plan and post doing that no update for 2 months. Finally I just closed the connection and brought a dongle which was activated in 2 days

  @njnrn Heck, some poor souls believe BSNL and leave India using BSNL for international roaming. So many of them lose signals because 3G has been shut down in most of the western world and BSNL still doesn't have a proper helpline number. Meanwhile, if you lose your esim /physical sim

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Why can't we order new prepaid number with 4G SIM online from your website? Do you not provide your services in Thane, MH? When other service providers can deliver the sim at home after document verification, why can't #BSNL so the same?

  @njnrn Should hv checked before taking trouble? Just couple of weeks ago @BSNL confirmed 4G is NOT YET OPERATIONAL IN BENGALURU! Launch of Which was announced in 2024! This is their efficiency & effort of implementation. Why @PMOIndia is draining public resources 2 feed BANDICOOTS!
