  @BSNL_TN I switched 4nos in our home from Jio Airtel to BSNL. Now I feel worst why I did this..poor network coverage,call drop in last 1 month.. customer care called my no..that also not able to speak ..better leave bsnl to jio and airtel

  @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

  @bsnl_care Sir my father’s phone with BSNL number was lost/stolen yesterday, while he is in ICU for a critical surgery. Please block the SIM card. trying to call customer care 1800 180 1503 for last 3 hrs but after asking for my language preference the number is disconnecting.

  It's almost two weeks I have raised this concern. No update yet? What is the problem. It's extremely frustrating that bsnl signal remains unavailable when we need it the most (hospital, petrolpump, shopping mall, restaurants or even middleof the road).
