Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

  @TechDekhoji @airtelindia Much Needed, Vivek bhai. Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. But yes Vi-BSNL partnership looks promising now..

  Hello, Big Mouth Broadband Operator @reliancejio For a company that talks so loudly about its network, this is an embarrassing level of service. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?
