    @BSNLCorporate Sir one week ago nearly 15 days BSNL land line service out of order. After so many appeals it restored. Now once again for the last four days same story . land lines dead

    Worst ever experience from #BSNL Kashmir...... from last 6 hrs ur surver was down still same issue...... contacted CX care but they are just putting CX on hold and disconnecting the call ....... @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate at least give some importance to CX........
