@JohnRayhan They don't have a customer service, it is non existent. Both @VodafoneGroup and @airtelindia are giving it away to JIO while we customers are still clinging to them just because we don't want to go with JIO. I along with family left both and using BSNL, Happy with BSNL.

@BSNL_MH My bsnl landline @BSNLCorporate dead from yesterday. If you check my history of complaints, post every 10 to 15 days I have to lodge a complaint. This is really pathetic. Of 30 days you are providing me service just around 20 days but taking money for full month.

in last 30 days there is signal only for 7 days and there is lockdown going on and that's why i could not find the the people who can port the sim if i get anyone on that time there is no siganl from last 1 year I'm using bsnl in 365 days i received signal only for 90 days

I am an existing ADSL BSNL broadband customer, want to upgrade to BSNL fibre. I am providing my own router for the fibre connection. The installation charge should have been ₹250 as I read online. Why am I being asked for ₹1500? @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @IndianExpress
