    I am using bsnl fiber it has been more than 3 months for this fiber connection.When I take100Mb plan it mostly shuts down and doesn't get full speed.I have to worry a lot in doing my office work, no internet, then the work is not done.Request you if this problem is solved

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ +91-9413394084 : Shukla ji , had a word with him regarding the refund of my amount. He says, since past 2 years BSNL hasn't issued any refund to it's customer and it will take time.. this is actually hilarious.

    @MP_BSNL bsnl is totally in worst condition in my area since last 4 yrs .. No telephone lines and broadband connection available . Pls pay attention Town - khaniyadhana District- shivpuri State - mp STD code - 07497 Area pin - 473990 Even no staff to answer.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Unable to generate UPC for my BSNL mobile number. Tried multiple times in 5 days. What is wrong with your system? Upon further search on Twitter suggests this has been an ongoing issue for months. Please help in getting UPC thru other channel.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Since you didn't respond, you are creating trouble in porting. It is against TRAI guidelines to make the porting difficult for customer. I am putting a formal complaint against BSNL in TRAI. @TRAI BSNL is not allowing me to port my number. Pls help me

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir it's high time to privatise BSNL , BB of Micro Msme 01802652043 not working for last so many days , after repeated complaints we get a message that ur complaint has been resolved....such blatant lies n company is still operating, Horrible!!

    Since almost 10 days no bsnl net work in Gunavante village, Honavar tq.We r not able to receive or make a call.What a tragedy of ur dept.Don't you know how much income u have lost 2 ur dept & caused inconveniences 2 ur customer..? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_karwar
