On several complain till now there is no action.Bsnl exchange office Jagdishpur wants this sim back to fix the issue and i m in gaziabad.

They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

And about 4g my village also jas bsnl 4g availability but network coverage is poor only if I am on terrace then I get usable speed but in city it is working fine in indoor too

So it's not useful even bsnl 3g provide better ping then Jio 4g 5g in my area. If I complain they tell we are working on it but untill new tower installed nothing will fix.
