MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

Tell your cs to stop blaming customers for system glitches. You are losing a 5 yr old customer because your customer care team called me a liar instead of fixing
