My number belongs to BSNL which is currently roaming on Vi India’s Delhi network because of BSNL’s ICR agreement between MTNL & Vi. I don’t think this is a problem because of Vi, but instead it’s your ICR agreement.

The state delivers corrupt, inefficient, ill designed products/solutions. I'd never go to a govt hospital. I'll never use BSNL. I'd rather use helicopter than drive on Indian roads.
