    Bsnl call center told me to go to BSNL office for broadband plan change/ disconnection even in times of corona. Kudos BSNL, your ways of working are equally as bad as your network @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @CGMHRBSNL

    @1mgOfficial @tandon_prashant the customer service is sooooo horrible it makes bsnl feel like zappos in comparison. Fix your ****. Tell your cs to stop blaming customers for system glitches. You are losing a 5 yr old customer because your customer care team called me a liar instead of fixing

    @imvipnesh @BSNLCorporate I was recently in my hometown Nanpara UP & was informed that company providing BSNL FTTH charges hefty sum without receipt for service under any plan. As an ex BSNL Official I feel ashamed on such complaints.

    @HarryJot27 It's vague to put example of BSNL, Air India etc. Because they lack in marketing, management etc. And you fail to understand Micro Economics, when I did booking of Peppermint Leaves there were too many buyers and Farmers got the good price. It's the simple economics theory.

    @BSNL_UPW I have opted for the Annual BSNL broadband service. But the authority from BSNL made me feel like I have made the worst mistake of my life by opting BSNL service. From the last 3 month, service is only running nearby 15 days a month. Most of the time service is not up.
