Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. The Govt sold Air India with 15000 Cr liabilities where as Vijay Malya's entire debt was around 3500 Crores. Same Govt had bailed out Vodafone where as ready to sell of BSNL with 1000 Crore liability.
