    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .

    @BSNLCorporate It is clear that you are unaware of the problem facing by BSNL customers There is no mobile signals in Faridabad in sectors 8,9,7,6, 2,4, except sector 15 where BSNL office is situated.This is your responsibility to provide mobile signals

    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday I completed 90 days of service on bsnl! Very very poor service networks never! Only I know how difficult I spent this time of 90 days! Now I'm not getting upc. I'm unable to contact you anyway lack of your bad service! Pls provide me upc code as soon as possible.

    @LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

    @BSNL_BR I am repeatedly stating that there is no one taking action. I have paid bills online and they are not even hearing my issue. They are just ignoring. How many times I have to state this..? I don't want #BSNL connection. Kindly disconnect and adjust my payment.

    @Gausiyasalam @PragyaLive @salam0786786 What Pragya missed out is that BSNL lost customers because of its inefficiency and lousy service. No one else to blame. It is currently a drain on tax payers money as the GoI keeps giving it dole money. They are still struggling with 4G roll out.

Max custs shifted 2 others due 2 lack of bsnl service here. my number become nonworking the day I arrived.

    @iamharmeetK @SupriyaShrinate BSNL is already a loss making company, even if it gets 4g it will remain in loss because of the incompetence of it’s employees and poor (sarkari) quality of services. The C&E minister said that BSNL is going to provide 5g services from next year, let’s see how it goes.

    @MTNLOfficial There is no network coverage of BSNL in sector 19, koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai, 400709 area from Months now as per @BSNLCorporate this are is covered under MTNL. Please look into it..There is so much difficulty in recieving the OTP now
