Jio started straight with 4G technology and free for one year. Moreover Jio used bsnl tower's for free. Then why government of India didn't give this opportunity to bsnl or any other mobile service provider?

In future if anyone ask me for any operator I will never suggest for Airtel. They have worst service, worst than BSNL ever had.
