MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

The matter was raised with System Manager had intimated that BSNL had reported that NSP1 was down in DC Mumbai and the issue was taken up with BSNL Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

They should receive their payment from govt for the order they delivered. Chas receivable at 3200 cr. Their debt will reduce and interest outgo as well.
