A recurring charge of ₹90 is being charged for ONT, which was never supplied/installed by #BSNL. This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

@anshuga97645466 @BSNLCorporate I also used bsnl from 2011 to 2016 believe me every 15-20 days there was some issue and bsnl they used to atleast take 4-5 days to fix the issue , now using airtel within a day they installed and till now from August 2020 not faced a single issue
