    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP @CMDBSNL Fed up with BSNL-FTTH service.I have taken ur 777/- plan with 50Mbps. In a week,2 days it gets completely out of order for 6-7 hours.Kindly check my no-01702-292003 how many complaints are thr.Vendor no. is also Switched off.Please do the needful

    @UnionBankTweets BRANCH NAHAN 1703001 PIN CODE, Most of the time connectivity down in branch,can't access bank locker, nor any transaction. And when ask they told Link from BSNL down Do something provide other operator lease line to Branch. Customers are suffering

    @BSNLCorporate Since last 2 days Net Service is down. This is become quite frequently for BSNL Fibre Connection. Almost 2 times in a month we face this problem. Rent what we pay for your service is one of the highest in the industry. Seems we need to shift to alternate vendor.

    @latatauro @JudishRaj @ajay43 Have you read the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code? Of course private companies tank. Like all companies do. The difference is tax payer’s money doesn’t have to be pumped in to pay for their bad decisions and incompetence, unlike PSU’s. For eg. Air India, BSNL, etc.

    @SunilIsrani10 @uskakodker1 @ajay43 LIC position is far better than BSNL. The Pvt insurers can never match LIC's reach and size. Moreover Insurance is a Trust business and people actually trust the Govt insurer more. BSNL cannot compete with Capital heavy Telecom business.

    @BSNLCorporate the worst service in the world bsnl has the slowest connection and also worst customer service care you guys don't even care about the customer i almost daily call you about how there is no Internet connectivity and i can't even call be cause of the network issue

    @BSNLCorporate I already got it resolved through the grievance process as @BSNLCorporate toll-free number not working. But as a suggestion i mentioned. Proper Coustomer connect,Bsnl app to track all FTTH related queries,and at last introduction of prepaid plans for long term for 3,6,9 months.
