    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP @CMDBSNL Fed up with BSNL-FTTH service.I have taken ur 777/- plan with 50Mbps. In a week,2 days it gets completely out of order for 6-7 hours.Kindly check my no-01702-292003 how many complaints are thr.Vendor no. is also Switched off.Please do the needful

    @UnionBankTweets BRANCH NAHAN 1703001 PIN CODE, Most of the time connectivity down in branch,can't access bank locker, nor any transaction. And when ask they told Link from BSNL down Do something provide other operator lease line to Branch. Customers are suffering

    @BaluGorade I tired once but BSNL Signals are very bad, unable to receive calls or use internet. Customer service is also not helpful. Raised complaint with #BSNL but no use so again had to switch back.

    @JM_Scindia sir this to bring into your notice that I have purchased new simcard of BSNL from bareilly, uttar pradesh and it have been 10days and they are not able to activate my sim, everytime I reach Bareilly bsnl exchange they demands 2 more days and they are replying that entire uttar Pradesh is facing BSNL sim activation issue.I request you to kindly look into it.

    @BaluGorade In my area, BSNL goes offline every day at 10 PM and comes back online the next day around 10 AM — like office hours. That's disgusting. I have a BSNL SIM, but I only recharge once every 2–3 months just to keep it active. I keep assuming that one day BSNL will provide better service, but it's already been 4 years since I got the SIM.

    @BSNL_OR ,@BSNLCorporate ,It sounds really frustrating to be without a working BSNL broadband connection for three days, especially when the local support isn’t responding properly. Let’s try to get this escalated so you can get the service restored.

    @BaluGorade Major problem hownto switch to bsnl? Neither there is someone to port nor any office or shop which provide bsnl simcards.

    I took a BSNL internet connection years ago in my hometown. After moving to Bangalore, I asked customer care to close it, they said I must come physically and submit an application. Obviously impossible, so I stopped paying and the connection got suspended. Later I tried to pay the remaining ₹1161, but their portal wouldn’t even let me log in. I forgot about it. Today, BSNL sent me a court notice for ₹1161. Like… seriously? For ₹1161 you’re sending legal notices instead of fixing your website and closing connections online? India wants Digital India, but govt telecom still wants paperwork. 🙃 @BSNLCorporate , @DoT_India.
