@BSNL_UPW we are continuously following up with the Je of our area to fix the fiber problem , but he don’t want to take any interest . Don’t know how Bsnl will survive when they don’t have people to resolve the problem... ph :901230222

@RailWireIndia Your associate Mr. Sandeep Garg from Satna MP, has taken Rs.3850 n didn't gave receipt. The amt includes first month rental. Inspite of this, my bsnl bill has been generated. Official from bsnl says they have not received money. Pls help to get us the receipt.

@BSNL_KTK The message centre is the same as mentioned. Also, the package says 100 free SMS per day. Why should we have additional balance. The recharge is still active.? Where is a BSNL customer care center in electronic city Bangalore, Let me know

@BSNL_BR Later on the MSO Santosh Ashar of Danapur refunded overcharged amt. to me once I escalated the same to BSNL SDO Danapur, she took action on this issue & helped me by resolving my concerns,The MSO seems to be in regular practice of same.
