    @BSNL_UPW we are continuously following up with the Je of our area to fix the fiber problem , but he don’t want to take any interest . Don’t know how Bsnl will survive when they don’t have people to resolve the problem... ph :901230222

    @BSNLCorporate Speed issue not yet resolved. An average speed I get is not more than 15 Mbps. At times it goes up to 35 Mbps & at times less than 2 Mbps. Please look into it and get this sorted. Not getting any satisfactory update from BSNL office Nawabganj. Plz get CPAN installed on priority.

    @BSNL_UKD Internet is not working since morning ,these are working hours and the bsnl agent has switched off his mobile.I was told it will take half an hour to fix but it has been few hours and still it's the same. Please look into this. City - Haldwani (263139)

    @BSNLCorporate What I don't understand is how can a telecom company be so ridiculously shameless! Even after numerous emails, phone calls to customer support and everything, NO RESOLUTION. I am being extorted by this company but nobody listens. #BSNL #worst

    @BSNL_BR I have 'BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-24729' Docket number over my email. But I can't see whats going on this.. Can anyone help me to see whats going on over my email. Look like there will be a link that will have all updates for this, But unable to get that. Help required
