@BSNL_UPW we are continuously following up with the Je of our area to fix the fiber problem , but he don’t want to take any interest . Don’t know how Bsnl will survive when they don’t have people to resolve the problem... ph :901230222

@BijuNayagam @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate Yeah. I went to their office. My 80 year old dad went there 3 times. I asked them to enable VOIP on my existing bsnl fiber cable connection. Created another set of tickets for that. Nothing worked. Kunnukara BSNL local office is worst. They never pickup phones and no one there.

@BSNLCorporate I recharged with Directly in bsnl portal of rs 107 and amount deducted but recharge failed customers care lady haven't knowledge anything she was saying call the payment portal literally shame on lol idiots are working in office and after many call no resolution
