@BSNLCorporate we have give complaint to BSNL office Moradabad from last 5 days no one giving proper response to us my no 0591 2419813and 2324484 please take care i have given the complaint to sdo and 198 sdo no 9412237780 please ask him why so much delay

@BSNL_UPW we are continuously following up with the Je of our area to fix the fiber problem , but he don’t want to take any interest . Don’t know how Bsnl will survive when they don’t have people to resolve the problem... ph :901230222

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I’m very frustrated with BSNL billing. I paid my ₹1179 bill on 18 Nov via HDFC Credit Card (BBPS Ref: HD015320BAJAAADZCIEH) but it never reflected in BSNL’s system.

To avoid any service issue, I paid again on 24 Nov, this time via HDFC NetBanking (BBPS Ref: HD015328BAJAAAD0S8JO). Now BSNL tells me they did NOT receive either payment.

@DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL there is only improvement in tarrif in BSNL but no improvement in network, I have recharged my phone every time but not getting a single network bar now, no OTP no message coming forget about calling,for network problem complent with no help!

@hellfire_81 Have used BSNL in places where even thinking of communication through phones was too much. These newbie kids of today have no idea what BSNL used to be. For a long time it was the most reliable network that would work even in the remotest of places.

@BSNLEmployees @BSNLCorporate No there is no acountaity in either BSNL excutive or senior member.. All come to office but no work either gsm or broadband side. My internal source says back month odish circle lose 5k subscribe due 4g network. Call drops huge no volte service in BSNL network.
