    @BSNLCorporate we have give complaint to BSNL office Moradabad from last 5 days no one giving proper response to us my no 0591 2419813and 2324484 please take care i have given the complaint to sdo and 198 sdo no 9412237780 please ask him why so much delay

    @BSNL_UPW we are continuously following up with the Je of our area to fix the fiber problem , but he don’t want to take any interest . Don’t know how Bsnl will survive when they don’t have people to resolve the problem... ph :901230222

    @BSNLCorporate How many days it will take. The while July month broadband and landline services are disabled but we have to pay the total bills. But, bsnl employees not responding to resolve the issues.please take this into consideration and resolve my issue ASAP @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle

    @BSNL_UPW Why bsnl isn't serious about the customer service and for the new business.I applied many time ago for bsnl fiber connection but still your representative tell me that he doesn't have sufficient staff or service persons to serve me a bsnl fiber connection.

    After I recovered I visited again and they told me that they aren't capable of fixing a severed fibre cable. BSNL fibre line are laid till almost my home and I can't get a connection. Problem is if they fix the wire, user base will increase along with their workload. (2/n)

    @BSNLCorporate my landline & broadband are not working for the past 4 months. Still get billed every month. Filed multiple complaints with customer support & get messages saying it has been resolved but it hasn't. Telephone exchange don't pick calls. #BSNL #landline #broadband

    @SamsungIndia @BsnlTamilnadu Hey, I am facing some network issue (showing no signal) is my samsung metro 350 phone. this issue only with samsung feature phone + bsnl combination. (like my bsn sim working fine with nokia feature phone and am getting good signal with airtel)
