@BSNLCorporate we have give complaint to BSNL office Moradabad from last 5 days no one giving proper response to us my no 0591 2419813and 2324484 please take care i have given the complaint to sdo and 198 sdo no 9412237780 please ask him why so much delay

@BSNL_UPW we are continuously following up with the Je of our area to fix the fiber problem , but he don’t want to take any interest . Don’t know how Bsnl will survive when they don’t have people to resolve the problem... ph :901230222

@BSNLCorporate The Problem was resolved but Bsnl Need to be imporve the customer relationships and service they provide. There is low number of staff at work is not the answer we expect as it is a Government Institution.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India interestingly you never receive a call from any representative of BSNL to understand the issue. They will write something and close the call. Even resolution is written in code language so you won't understand. @CMDBSNL
