    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR , BSNL 24x7 customer care are on holidays in Bihar. Also they still work in silos. I just wanted to retrieve my PUK number unfortunately could not connect to BSNL Bihar. There support center across states not integrated. What a poor support and effeciency?

    @BSNLCorporate I am bsnl mobile customer at Kashipur uttarakhand, but unable to access mobile internet as bsnl 3g network didn't work well here. So plz tell what to do with my recharge that is currently activated on my mobile number. for the above problem did I get a refund.
