    This is what I get... And the irony is, you can't be able to reopen the same ticket, once it is set to resolved by the BSNL team without any solution. You can't reach to the network team or any escalation matrix...

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Dear Sir, BSNL FTTH is not working for the past 3 days in Dwarakamai Nagar, Vanasthalipiram, HYDERABAD, how much time it will take to restore the service, already complaint given online mode, need discount in the billing till restoration of the service.

    @sushantsareen Irrespective of What happened to the likes of KOO...and with a lesson learnt... Swadesi services could become a reality ...If GOI would look for a piece of action, it's should be competitive enough for profit in service models. For ex. india posts,BSNL where do they stand in mkt.

    What operator is one supposed to use really?@reliancejio has weird daily data plans that don't suit me so need to switch. Have @airtelindia as secondary but no network at my place. Vodafone is dead. BSNL no clue
