Repeated complaints, multiple tickets, and customer follow-ups have produced zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero results.

    and beahviour worst experience from airtel and their staffs. Switching from airtel to bsnl asap, if airtel social media is seeing this post do reply with a positive solution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They don't really care, phone gets picked by one after the other on customer care, they tell you the same story. If this happens in a city like Mysore, just imagine lower tier cities. I made mistake choosing airtel over bsnl recently will revert. Pls don't choose @airtelindia

    @KHURAPATT @4Dabdaba Bsnl has genuinely great plans but due to govt mistreatment pvt players r getting benefits of more exposure & customer base. Privatisation is not the ans to public discomfort but more power & regulation of govt depts.
