    @BSNLCorporate Rspctd Sir/Mam, I have recharged my BSNL number with 1year validity plan of Rs397 but i am not able to use data services on my number. Fr the same reason, i don't recharge my no. Kindly help me out so that i can avail bsnl services and recharge with monthly packs.

    @datsIit @RamRam1718 @ANI If central government is not providing funds to bsnl then how it will develop, Everybody knows central government supports and promotes JIO even though it is a service from a private company. You're just trying to find excuses to support central government

    I'm writing this as I have no choice left, the customer care told there's no option to take this matter to higher ups. I have sent mails to all the BSNL authorities but no response from them. Very bad experience from BSNL Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. 5/6

    I have put up complaints many times through BSNL customer care, but the complaint gets resolved the next day without taking any action. We are a startup company and we are unable to use Wi-Fi for our work due to the unresponsive BSNL team at Rajarajeshwari Nagar. 3/6
