    @BSNLCorporate I called up customer care to change my BB plan... I was told that I have to go to the BSNL office and write a physical letter to place such request... I felt it really awkward that in an internet era... An internet provider is still unable to take online requests

    @BSNLCorporate Dear bsnl i kindly request you to please reduce the price of your mobile recharge plans. These plans are not costlier than private telecom operators and service is very poor in comparison to them. Kindly keep price of your plans according to the service.

    REASON FOR BSNL FALL #BSNL I have registered for new connection BSNL does not do anything directly so they put contractors in channel. Now contractor does not want give any plan as per our choice. While i contact customer care they cut call on first ring. @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate
