BSNL has not implemented similar hikes this year, opting to maintain rates to attract users amid private telcos' increases. If this seems excessive, it's a decision by these state-owned firms under DoT oversight.

    Giving a proper convincing explanation. My mobile phone no. Is 9419048044. There is barely any signal in my area for the bsnl yet the bills I have to pay are extravagant. Plz do a proper inquiry in this matter and send me the correct amount that i have to pay. Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care In Satna Railway Mail Service Manageable Switch WEG28532 is not working from past few days. New switch configuration needed. Communicated to BSNL Satna but they refused to resolve the issue. It's badly affecting the public work. Kindly help..

    @BSNL_TN 1. Mobiles not auto latching with #BSNL4G, but we have to force latch. It is not the case with Jio or Airtel. 2. If we make voice call, it doesn't connect in the first attempt. It connects, if we try for 2nd time only. Can you fix it. #BSNL @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL
