    @Airtel_Presence my bb is down since yesterday and had booked slot for today 10 oct 10-11. Why did u change the slot to 12-1. Why don't you keep up the appointment. Also the fault is from ur personal working on the post yesterday. BSNL provides better service sr 11018624571

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR i mistakenly recharged my bsnl twice (319 & 147) on 4 august. but today it is showing my recharge expired. pls help with the issue

    @BSNLCorporate and @ViCustomerCare are government supported enterprises. Both have no business plans. VI doesn't sell prepaid sims. BSNL self-care app doesn't work. Recharging on other app. It requires id. Government should look into this issue @DoT_India

    @SketchBuzz1995 @sharath_nayaka7 @BSNLCorporate My brother gave me a bsnl sim which he bought for 20 rupees with 1 month of recharge,1.5 gb daily you know what? That stupid sim didn't had signal for 19 days in that month

    @sharath_nayaka7 @BSNLCorporate BSNL thinks their customers are dehaati gawar.they are indirectly hiked every plan by reducing its validity.Atleast pvt telco did this by bringing notice to its customer but BSNL doesn't even felt the need to publish a notice.

    @_prashantnair Wow, as per a Google search, this will correspond to 200-600 exabytes (1EB = 1M TB) at 15-30% of power being used for storage. Is this for the GoI, since TCS already manages the Passport service and the BSNL 4G/5G backbone?

    @bsnl_care My connection which was completely out of service from 26th August2025 to till 23rd Sept 2025,then why Bill generated for me for this periods? I already Informed by local BSNL official that it will be wave off.But now bill came.Why should I pay without service?Why why
