    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @narendramodi I am in passport office Karaikal no network connectivity, BSNL office strike, elderly people, women with infant, college student, home maker all wasted their time here how would our country progress if there is such a big loss for a petty issue.@SushmaSwaraj @rpotrichy

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare services are worse than bsnl took security deposit from me and did not provide connection.Order number is NO0000G4Y7N9. Installation executives need to learn ethics. No support and false promise

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber internet has not working since Thursday .I lodged complaint. but no one moves forward to attend it. What a sorry state of services . I rate BSNL better than you. SR000013N359

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD I'm jharkhand giridih in my location I can't use 3g mobile data. I'm continously trying to contact with customer service support but didn't connect. And sometimes if u manually register the bsnl 3g than tower is completely gone

    @BSNLCorporate I have been Using the Bsnl Fiber net since 4 months and the experience is Horrible, all the alternative days the server is down. I urge to Bsnl and the Head of Bsnl Department to have a look over it. The City is Azamgarh - 276001.

    @Sudipta08976119 @JioCare To top it all, the CC will not take the termination request unless you lose your cool. They will not refund the excess recharge amount. I think it won’t take them a lot time to follow the suit of BSNL with this attitude towards customer service.

    @ShivAroor I want to take FTTH Internet connection but BSNL officials in district office told me to contact Local Dealer but Local Dealer told me that Connection charge would be ₹3500 + ₹2500(optional for router) Please help Urgent I am a student I have online class @BSNLCorporate help

    @Airtel_Presence my number when ever visiting another circle or another cell site taking time to switch over ! Don’t say it’s mobile issue already used with vi,jio,idea,bsnl . Only issue with airtel . But in same handset had another airtel number ! But no issue .. only this no !
