    @BSNLCorporate from last 1 week I,m trying to get BSNL FTTH at my location- chhatripur,vivekpuram colony, varanasi-221003 my area alredy have fibre wire but the service provider is delaying for the connection.

    @ABHAYJANI59 @BSNLCorporate @vishalgoel003 i too thought that but recently i changed from bsnl postpaid to prepaid. it was done in 10 minutes. the person at bsnl exchange was super efficient. after some days, i asked regarding last bill. this reply was given but within 1 hour, someone called and resolved the issue.

    @shadez @ICICIBank_Care @Airtel_Presence Issue is the type of toll free no. If it starts with 1860 which is only toll free for MTNL/BSNL landlines then that is chargeable from Airtel & Vi. Only Jio provides them toll free for their customers.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, kindly instruct the DOT to prepare the BSNL for the migration to 5G mobile service as and when Private Telcos migrate to 5G. In the absence of parity in technology BSNL couldn't really compete with the others . Hope you will address this issue urgently.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL FTTH 0186-2920078 faulty again on weekend. It goes faulty only on weekends when I have to work at home. Some BSNL employees due to their personal grudges are making that happen. Will get it disconnected. BSNL loses it's 20 years old customer
