    @narendramodi I am in passport office Karaikal no network connectivity, BSNL office strike, elderly people, women with infant, college student, home maker all wasted their time here how would our country progress if there is such a big loss for a petty issue.@SushmaSwaraj @rpotrichy

    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @___110010100___ @Advaidism It's not just that. The other services were and are still unusable. BSNL & Vi are unusable in my location. I'm still holding on to my BSNL SIM. But, my God, it's the worst. I'm pretty sure it's the worst ISP in the world. Somalia would have better services than BSNL.

    @BSNL_KOTD @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate first improves service quality then automatically users adopt bsnl. Maximum times the network is gone and comes back after 10 days. In middle customer play ludo??? Most 3rd class service from BSNL that's why no one adopt bsnl

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care Your response is pathetic! 4 complaints—H20654564551 (20/08/25), H19654474213 (19/08/25), H16653905752 (16/08/25), H046521050053 (04/08/25, closed 05/08/25)plus others, and my BSNL number still gets no OTPs/UPC. 14 days of failure Fix it NOW or face escalation #BSNL

    @bsnl_care Facing rising private telecom prices, BSNL is a viable alternative. However, its network is often unstable and not available everywhere. BSNL must improve its service quality and coverage to attract customers, as this would be a great benefit to the public.

    How many times i need to check with them @PMOIndia please look into this matter bcz @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPEast is not listening to me and i am feeling harrassed by #bsnl And if any incident happens only BSNL will be responsible and I will file FIR against them only.
