@rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

@ragusmg2 I remember getting BSNL (sometimes Jio) network in remote villages near sirsi and yellapura, but only for calls and text. Haven't seen such coverage in US.

@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Finally discontinued BSNL broadband. Poor speed & pathetic customer support service by BSNL Pune. At present it is the slowest yet most expensive ISP in pune. Staff happily accepted the request to disconnect broadband connection.

@TheOfficialSBI SBI is going the BSNL way. Pathetic service at Shivaji Nagar Branch , Bhopal( 005798) . We placed request for address change / issue of cheques/ internet banking in two accounts on 20th July , 2021. Been a week. Nobody takes call at branch.

I am being charged double the amount of what my monthly pack for my BSNl fibre is . No way out was given by the customer care. No answer for the complaint raised. Now if I do not pay the extra amount, Disconnection is what I get. Please look into the matter @BSNLCorporate
