    @narendramodi I am in passport office Karaikal no network connectivity, BSNL office strike, elderly people, women with infant, college student, home maker all wasted their time here how would our country progress if there is such a big loss for a petty issue.@SushmaSwaraj @rpotrichy

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India What kind of a reply is this . Please direct these gov guys to solve customer complaints . This is the main reason of BSNL downfall . Instead of just checking with your team you are saying not related to Noida BA . Pathetic !!

    This kind of service is really poor and is completely non-reliable at all. Why should I have to pay Rs.590 per month when I know that the FTTH internet will go off at any time in the day and I have to wait indefinitely or until some BSNL personnel have to switch on the tower?

    @BSNL_RJ it is the worse experience having bsnl wifi in Jodhpur, custome care service is pathetic, from last 5 days there is no network in umaid heritage, called multiple times no one is responding @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate all of sudden my #BSNL SIM stopped working, Zero Network. When reached nearest CSC_Anta (Rajasthan) it is locked , when contacted JTO he is saying he is only staff at CSC & at field. Asked to come tomorrow #pathetic

    @BSNLCorporate Unsurprisingly my complaint has been closed from your side without resolution. I have now lodged grievance in PGRMS vide Docket No. BSNL-JK-2023-CU-02071675807731 Resolve the issue by tomorrow or I will be terminating the connection on Saturday. @BSNL_JK @BsnlCmd

    @pib_comm BSNL never had mobile towers at the main centre place of Jhumri Telaiya, the main township of Koderma, Jharkhand. Consequently , this place is dependant on other service providers. Deptt. should think of installing a tower at this place .
