    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @IndianTechGuide BSNL is good for their employees as they get their salaries to do nothing. Poor service and rude staff behaviour. It’s sad to say but BSNL fails in every aspect.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Yearly bout ten crores money is given to BSNL to supply quality service with normal price.But 3rd class 4G machinery kits are used so that all India BSNL service is zero. Same situation in Govt Healthcare.People r giving crores of money as tax. Why?

    @Faraz_x_ #vi threatening the government by name of closure, NCLT etc. after merger in 2019, if #vi concentrated each circle & tower implementation, definitely they could have provided better service. BSNL recently added 4G towers, when they are able to provide good service why can't #vi.

    @airtelindia its 5th day there is no signal in entire Chamba district. All other network like BSNL jio restored in 2nd. There is still zero hope from airtel. 😡😡😡

    @TelecomTalk No, these are actually only die hard fan of bsnl. Like, a salman khan fan doesn't care about his movie being worth watching or not.Bsnl fans are like this only .No matter worse network is, they will praise bsnl.

This company specializes in providing complaint number and closing complaints raised without resolving the issue.complaint number 114130391,114148491closed without resolving

    @BSNL_RJ we have BSNL fiber connection at office, not working since past 4 days gave complain at toll free number, closed from office without rectification,vide complainant no. 1064337767 ,again booked my complain vide complainant no.1064338524 is this the way to resolve complain

    @MeinHimanshu @airtelindia @perplexity_ai Yes u r absolutely right.. they think we can’t survive without them so they are taking more advantage of the situation. Wish BSNL comes back with better service and network so that we don’t have to depend on such losers.
