@JioCare Mostly i stay from morning 9 to evening 8 in office, it is located in satyanarayanapuram, vijayawada-520011. i lost jio network maximum of this time. jio technical people said change BSNL service 4g to 2g in phone. But notrectify

@DoT_India got a call from bsnl customer care, they explained to me that battery backup is not functioning at gulaothi exchange and they don't have funds to install new backup, no power no bsnl connectivity..what a waste of government infrastructure and money.

Customer care tells to go to office. Imagine in today's world should I walk to bsnl office to stand in queue to avail a service which is free with every other broadband. And I m sure no body would be knowing what problem is this at bsnl office also. @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate
