    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate OBRA, BIHAR pin - 824124...GAYA CIRCLE Please fix the battery problem. Here, when electricity goes, Internet get off. This is very bad experience, bsnl is giving. Fix this asap. We're paying to use services, not to waste it. Take strict action.

    The worst part of using @BSNLCorporate broadband service is customer support, totally null. It's been over 4-5 days facing constant issues in my bsnl Fiber internet connection, every single activity is hampered, after so many complaints there's no solution. @BandBajaateRaho

    @BSNLCorporate Thanx for your prompt response. But we say to sorry still our problem not solved. Now I am repenting that why I took the connection of BSNL. Now I'm going to withdraw service from BSNL.
