    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @DoT_India hi I port my Idea prepaid mobile no. to BSNL on 23.12.21.we submit all related document to bihar circle, still not work outgoing call. We successfully activate my new sim. Please solve my issue.

    @23sayak I am using BSNL as my primary sim since 2018, every time I recharge year plan (₹2000) but when I motivate my friends to do that, then I come to know these difficulties, myself I am without network for multiple weeks and a long time to restore the fault. #qos #batterybackup

    @jgopikrishnan70 Honestly psu banks are losing market share. High end deposits are moving away from them to pvt sector. Bsnl type situation. Due to crowding , they are not able to meet service demands of high networth individuals. And young profls. Added to this crowded ATMs, aging staff . ..

    @BSNL_WB @BSNLCorporate bsnl BTS shut down when no electricity in my local area. No backup. Call drop happen frequently.please do something.
