There are two BSNL towers located within about one to two kilometres from my house, despite the two towers being so close, I am not getting 3G signal properly. Totally three BSNL SIM cards are active in my house. #BSNL #improvements

@narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

@Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

longitude and latitude of the second BSNL tower which is little far from my house is approximately 22°59′41″N 88°29′13″E (All longitude and latitude values are taken from Google Earth) Even though this distance is very short I am not getting proper HSPA+ or HSPA signal constantly

Its been 12 hours since we have no network in our Babnan Bazar-Dadpur- Hooghly area . We had faced same problem last month and just in 1 month facing same problem ! BSNL please my humble request please make a permanent solution 🙏

@BSNL_UPW I use bsnl post paid no for getting OTPs. I get OTPs when they are expired. Rarely get proper network. Sometimes signals go away. Thank you for providing this service.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I am very disappointed with your slow service. I have a data related issue since 15 april and i registered complain many times but improvement = 0 . Your 4G speed is just like 2G. I think bsnl 3G speed better than your 4G speed.

We have gone 2 BSNL office on multiple occasions (before lockdown), applied for reversal for paid bill when phone is not working and disconnection if line cannot be fixed but your employees offer no help. Request your help in fixing the line or disconnection if it cannot be fixed
