@narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

@Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

@EWFA_ Have never got a refund of a security deposit from a telecom company. BSNL, Idea, even Airtel. Security deposit is basically a write-off at the time of surrender.

@bsnl_ap_circle worst service, called the local authority everyday for one week requesting ftth connection. their response 'will see tomorrow', went to bsnl office directly, their response 'it will be done by tomorrow EOD'. Not sure how many more tomorrows they need.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK I had never seen such a pathetic service, I disconnected landline combo in January 2021, however till date REFUND is not credited to mybank account, after repeated visits to Bsnl bahu plaza office in Jammu, they provided REFUND id is RE0008391319.STATUS?
