BSNL network is very poor at Guptipara,Hooghly.W.B area @rsprasad ji. I wonder if any authority is in work to rectify.Very now and then BSNL network goes off. Please help us. Thanks & Regards.

@Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

@BSNL_OR @DoT_India @PMOIndia From last 24 hours there is bnsl fibre connection breakage in Chauliaganj Cuttack, raised a complaint (docket number 16257522701) but still bsnl is not able to fix this. Really fed up with this kind of service. Please help to resolve asap.

@deba_subha There is a severe link problem at Bishnupur Station Road S.O. Ticket under no. TKT7886611 has been raised by the SPM at Sify Helpdesk. But till date the issue has not been resolved. Local BSNL authority has reported that there is a problem with fibre optic cutting (1/2)

@yupptvindia think twice before subscbing yupptv scoop bsnl service. Even after you deactivat service bsnl bill generate the bill with it. And you will not find from where you go to rectify your bill. Bsnl coustom care say say go to bsnl office and vice versa. God save groom poor

@BSNL_OR So Pathetic Experience to be a BSNL customer… I was a customer of BSNL earlier till 13/08/21 and due to the unsatisfactory service I decided to discontinue and I completed the formalities to discontinue. Received the confirmation from the BSNL Bhubaneswar Desk..
