    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

    @narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL management its now too much to handle the problems of bsnl netwrk...Again there is a netwrk issue near Agarpara Railway Station,Kolkata. My usage on bsnl internet is zero mb....Cant use internet..My whole day went so bad with BSNL

    BSNL network is very poor at Guptipara,Hooghly.W.B area @rsprasad ji. I wonder if any authority is in work to rectify.Very now and then BSNL network goes off. Please help us. Thanks & Regards.

    @BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

    @Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

    @PrabhakaranSays @Mystic_Tamil Coming from a reputable source such as sun news whose founders that scammed 2000plus crore on 2g license scam that now has l3d to downfall of bsnl and money gone that could have provided funds for hospitals. I love how they treat people fairly now without asking forgiveness.

    @vaimaniki @HelviusC @narendramodi I saw those changes in tender. The top layer in BSNL needs to go. But then this kind of BS is also going on in railway board as well . Implementation of a file version control system where one can see who exactly made changes to the file and on what date will really help.

    @aajtak If we want a better service, these needs to be privatized. No one gives a **** when complaints are raised. You will be surprised that I received a call from BSNL after a year and half asking if my complaint is resolved.

    @azharbrp @BSNLCorporate @BSNLWBTC Search network manually by keeping the Preferred network mode to 2G/3G/4G auto but be sure your mobile phone supports Band 1-2100 mhz for LTE/4G if the BSNL have upgraded their 3G network to 4G it will show CellOne 4G.

    Described above issues we are reported to our nearest BSNL office basta.Despite of knowing this issue they can't respond to us since 6month. So it's our humble request to you please solve our problems and provide good service with internet connectivity & calling.
