@Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

@BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@BSNLCorporate Thank you. It’s working now. Can my plan be converted to fibre optic network, if yes, what is the minimum plan , I can opt for? What is the conversion charges. BSNL is already having Rs 1500 as a security deposit of my landline BB connection.

@BSNLCorporate Ive seen dat long table on ur site wich u've 2 scroll 4m here 2 der 2 compare thru diff plans. Dat's y I said plan display is poor. I kn I've suffered a loss n nothin cld b dn. N I'm wth BSNL coz in my area it has stable speed else ne relative plc I goto u hv such poor speed.

It is not the way to deal with customers. My number 01212887147, can anyone help me or I would accept that it's BSNL (Government Company) no one help me on this. Kindly do not make my negative with BSNL as I am a first time user in my rural area. Hope for the better resolution
