@BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi I am from WB. I am proud by Modi Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for bharatnet . Plz help us.

@BSNLCorporate Ok. My bsnl connection no is 0141-2972045. Rest of the info must be with you. The fault has been since been rectified after due pursuation with local team. The thing is that registering complaint with the My bsnl app is USELESS as no one was in the know of my complaint.
