@Ashishb4880 Hello Ashish, things is in control now, just some area is still affected by non availability of electricity and no signal in Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL only jio is working, but now I can see airtel is trying hard to fix it and i can see network sometimes, I hope your relative are safe.

@BSNLCorporate I waited for more than 1 year and raised many complaints from my three bsnl number 9230828025, 9477557188 ,9564136222. I visited Barasat telecom exchange(BSNL) and told bsnl officers about this problem but they are not interested to solve this problem.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I know that, local internet supplier has more money power, he can buy any BSNL officer, by the way please note pin code -412105 is within municipal corporation limit. Private players giving us service, but for BSNL address is not feasible, I can understand

2/2 what is d procedure if connection goes down/lost for Min 30min, do u hve any backup service for customers if lost network.Why bsnl nt having good setup in afzalpur area & almost 25 to 30 customers are taken ftth service but facing huge issue, paid money got worst service 2/3
