My landline is not working... I register complain to BSNL office, Gandhinagar ... I receive sms with complain id... after few hours I receive another sms that my complain has been solved... I wonder because my landline is still not working... @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate

Not sure with no.s, but Airtel with huge market share, has approx 70K employees, less than 50% of wat BSNL.. No I am not saying nikal do sabko.. But cuz of those bunch who were to b removed r not removed, all r not getting salary n may face shut down. security of job is also prob

@BSNL_KOTD I have visited many times.... Now they told me to call vendors.... I have called vendors many time....but they don't show any interest. Everytime they want me to contact again after one months. From June this is happening. I don't know if BSNL wants customer or not.

@BSNLCorporate since June 2020 there is no service. Raised multiple request to customer care but every time they close the complain in 28 days to meet the goal without solving issue.Visited the bsnl office in ITI, kr Puram Bangalore,Official said there is no staff so can't help.

@JioCare I have opted for MNP from Jio to BSNL since 23rd Dec. Till now nothing has happened whereas MNP with another no from BSNL to Jio on 22nd has already completed since 3 days. Hard to understand where is the problem @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio

And if any entity becomes non performing asset what's wrong in giving it to private players. When have you used BSNL sim last. Customer service pe call Kia hai kabhi BSNL ke?

@LESIOdisha @LabourMinistry Sir, please listen to our woes.. we are temporary workers in BSNL, we haven't been paid for the last 16months. When we ask the management they are threatening us to remove from work.. in this pandemic time we are starving with our children. Plz help.
