    Hey, @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Due to some problem in my broadband network I want to register a complain but when I call BSNL Costumers Care Number no one is replying me. It show the bad management of BSNL.😞

    @BSNL_BR Dear Sir/Ma'am Kindly resolve my issue regarding UPC code for my BSNL number 9708407886. I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.

    GOI need to ask why they spends thousands of crores to retain BSNL. Is it profitable? If not please do not waste tax payers money. Like Air India get rid of this white elephant institution.. Their service is pathetic and it is a criminal waste of money..

    @Poushan_Kr_B That's exactly not the solution, Govt must change the whole structure of it. Train it's employees to be productive, remove corruption, No pension but some other schemes like PF,NPS etc etc BSNL will never die, but it also be just hanging around like this ..

    @BSNLCorporate Please improve network coverage, if it is no network in ncr so what can we aspect in country area? I live in khora Azad vihar area and there is no network of bsnl, could you please improve it asap.

    @BSNLCorporate first of all, first thing after I complained on 27th Sept & today just got a call from your Balsore BSNL office means after 4 days your local team respond... salute for this type of customer service of BSNL and I update him that my issue is sorted .

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi When will BSNL GOES FOR 4G launch ? The government should help BSNL to come with 4G as soon as possible.when the country is prepared for 5g, Govt owned telecom company struggled for 4g service availability. Govt promised bsnl 4g by Aug 15 but not yet available.
