    @BSNL_BR Dear Sir/Ma'am Kindly resolve my issue regarding UPC code for my BSNL number 9708407886. I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.

    Hey, @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Due to some problem in my broadband network I want to register a complain but when I call BSNL Costumers Care Number no one is replying me. It show the bad management of BSNL.😞

    the official in charge there who was casually having his food and plainly refused to help us. On the contrary, he nonchalantly advised us to go to another centre which was 7 km away. Now this is nothing short of disgust and I'm not surprised that BSNL is a repeat offender. Shame!

    Will you refund for all the no-internet days or just keep raising bills for garbage service? Called customer care—they can’t even fetch the bill. What kind of circus are you running? No wonder BSNL is sinking. It’s pure theft at this point.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello, I have recently purchased new bsnl prepaid sim and paid 300 Rs for recharge and activation of bsnl sim at bsnl office.Its been 5 days and the number is still not active,I am not able to make any call , customer care on 18001801503 is also not working.

    @BSNL_KTK Complained to local service technician authorised service provider, and till bsnl JE/JTO level. Nothing has worked, for a such issues why customers has to pay amount to bsnl, ?

    @TRAI what gives @BSNLCorporate RIGHT TO AMMEND PLANS WITHOUT CONSENT FROM CUSTOMER? Is there no approval required? DM to BSNL since 3 days and ZERO ACTION. BSNL has 18004444 that only monkeys there who chose to gossip, heard clearly, but wont answer customers call. WHAT NEXT

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 On april month this year, In city some place not come bsnl signal, that place i asking unknown person, sir give your phone, i call to my friend. That man not give phone. I begged one phone call, that is my situation.
