    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate After talking to concerned JTO and your last reply make me convince that most likely I shall not get BSNL Fibre BB connection in my life time. I can now understand why customers regularly are leaving BSNL and joining other service providers and BSNL facing loss @rsprasad

    @DrManjeet05 @SanjogSampad I request u to then don't buy branded clothes , don't go to private hospitals , don't send ur kids to private school, don't drink from Starbucks, don't use mobile phone, use BSNL network, don't use private mode of transportation ,don't go eat in restaurants.

    @BSNLCorporate why BSNL SELF CARE PORTAL is good for nothing? *Why can’t customer downgrade their plans? *why do we’ve to go CSC and give written applications in era of digital India? *In this worse time, do we really have to put our lives on stake and go outside?
