    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw sorry to say so many bsnl officials called but no solution yet ,just register complaint ask for concerned message and no result . yet another day without landline for my mother who unable to contact to her near and dear ones , its been a month.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_WB @BSNL_KOTD In Madanpur  area Pin- 741245, area No BSNL 3G Network , i can not connect 3G network in this area.particularly in North of Madanpur. Please launch 3G service in Madanpur . Please resolve this issue quickly as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL 97..56..72 got call on this number as bsnl corporate for resolution of complain kindly verify .... trx some sms he send me for compliant but dint got sms yet , to address to another contact 922..74..4. now that I have not received sms to address .

    @keshab_mahanta sir still the bsnl service is worst in assam... Still 4G is not yet launched for bsnl.. Why this telecom sector is so neglected..even being government sector.

    @BSNL_CHTD Customers returned their landline connections are not received their deposit back. It is now about 2 years. Even for 1 day delay to settle bill BSNL charged penalty. As such they must be ashamed of sitting and taking rest on customer money @PMOIndia
