@BSNL_BR Dear Sir/Ma'am Kindly resolve my issue regarding UPC code for my BSNL number 9708407886. I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.

@BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

@oldengold No a DND complaint is different. You'll need to have opted into to total blackout of promotional and service SMS. If so, there's a format (not sure for BSNL) that you can use to report UCC/fraudulent message. @BharatVarma3 any idea how?

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir kindly look into working and grievance redressal of pune bsnl. Even after reporting the matter to cpgrams they are least bothered to resolve the issue. My sister is fighting for 4g network since last 6 months
