    @BSNL_BR Dear Sir/Ma'am Kindly resolve my issue regarding UPC code for my BSNL number 9708407886. I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.

    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLEmployees I doubt whether they even know any simply connectivity call flows & how LTE, VoWiFi works etc. To run a Telecom service provider, you need solid Tech employees, hired from Apple/Qualcomm/Cisco/Ericsson/Nokia etc. But unfortunately not. So dont expect BSNL to flourish.

    @BSNLEmployees If you contact customer care. Then customer care representative inform , VoWifi service not active till now. BSNL telecom Tower maintenance person give me some information, till now not enable VoWifi service. West Bengal circle.

    @BSNLEmployees All three options.. Bsnl can do much much better from this current situation..good network..speed n all..but govt intentionally restricted them to avg company..to allow duopoly in communication market..it can destroy business of jio and airtel And govt don't want to do this..
