I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.

But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.
