@bha_at @BSNLCorporate Its been 1 year since the connection and no day goes when i do not call the concerned person for the connection problem . It has been the daily routine of network issue from BSNL side. When you call the person for the complaint, the only thing they do is to blame the higher auth.

@rsprasad I am a regular customer of 2 bsnl Mobile by 13yrs but in my area we have very poor internet speed and low signal. complaint made to GM nearly 1yr but no results children are not able to study online. request you to please see the problem why bsnl is not solving problem
