  Other telecom companies are testing to bring 5g quickly and here 3g internet of @BSNLCorporate is running worse than 2g. Means 10 mb file is taking about 15 minutes to download. Very poor service from BSNL. 😒Address: mahendra nagar gayasuddinpur t.p nagar dhoomanganj prayagraj

  @JioCare Unfortunately your fiber broadband is not here in Allahabad (prayag raj) in my area. Except you every network is here, BSNL, Airtel, Siti. It is request to pls start ur services here. I am fed up of these network.

  Took a review of pending HR issues of BSNL employees today with senior officers of @BSNLCorporate and @DoT_India. Directed that employee grievances be addressed promptly and no legitimate issue remain pending without resolution.   @BSNLCorporate BSNL user for 20+ years in Varanasi. Experience is very bad and worsening day by day. Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.
