    @JioCare Requesting a jio fiber connection since last 7-8 months in my locality. Also got some friends to register but no connection till now. Forced to use Bsnl's pathetic fiber service. Enough people have registered near me on myjio. Kindly see if a connection line is possible.

    @TRAI Chennai BSNL is unable to provide SIM replacement of Rajasthan Circle at chennai, neither Rajasthan BSNL is able to provide SIM replacement with customer identity proof and letter of authority to person collecting the SIM, pl take strong action against @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_CHTD

    did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

    BSNL sold me 200Mbps broadband after 1yr advance payment. Recently tried WFH for 2wks, but speed only 25-36Mbps. Contacted franchise; they suggest changing modem. Called BSNL, no support. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA @CustomerBsnl

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My BSNL sim blocked. I want PUK CODE to unblock it. Your customer care executive not attending the call. Please help me for getting my PUK. I can share my details whatever is needed. I am out of station can't go to BSNL office right now.

    @bsnl_care You haven't paid any attention yet, which means you want us to terminate your service. Neither did you give any call nor did any technical support contact us. Your action shows that you want us to terminate BSNL service now.

    @bsnl_care We ve been telling u our problem fr 8 days bt u r nt giving any solution to it. Neither did u give any call nor did u send anyone to check. U shld cal us or send technicians within 24 hrs and solve this problem otherwise we ll close BSNL service forever.
