I hav been ur customer for d last 15 yrs & u are treating me like this. I hav nt been able to use ur services since 1.5 yrs even after paying bills.

    Pin Code:421203, Maharashtra, BSNL Dombivali MIDC office is near to us, 2803982/2800045 these numbers were allotted, now Dombivali MIDC office is saying, they Can't provide service to us. Kindly intervene and help us in this.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Pathetic service by BSNL. Our landline number at Thrithala area Palakkad Dt is out of order 80% of the time. My aged parents use this phone & I live in Delhi. Difficult to contact them. Can anyone please take care of the so called exchange issue?

    @BSNLCorporate These are the reasons why most people are not interested to use BSNL and porting to other providers. They have better service. SMS will enable only after 48 hrs of activation of a replaced SIM. What special security is in that? @BSNL_KL is silent and not responding to the tweet.

    Today @reliancejio fiber has outage for entire day in Noida. I reported the issue at 11.30 but no update from them. No one visited on check the problem. They are going BSNL way. Pathetic service, rude service agents. @airtelindia @TRAI
