After upgrade to BSNL 4G , main balance automatically deducted even in data connection off. This problem is not only for me, everyone is facing this after upgrading BSNL 4G. @BSNL_KOTD

@BSNL_KOTD Everytime msg is received as your complaint has been resolved but no solution provided. Why should anyone pay for dead phone line every month since March'20. Even during Covid period(thereafter long bsnl strike)of 2 months same msgs sent always. No one rings to verify

BSNL is the backbone of India and they will service even those areas where there is no revenue to be earned i.e. remote/rural/mountainous regions. The governments will allow BSNL to just remain alive but on ventilator.

And for whom? Today, even a poor villager in a rural area has to pay ₹300–500 every month just to make basic calls.
