But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. Girls responding to calls hearing problems advises to call after 2 hours under some pretexts . It ha happened to me for last few days and just now 10 minutes back again . Please stop such farce .

Neeraj Agarwal (@taxpayer1978) reported@bsnl_care I was using BSNL previously, but the internet was always in ICU. The customer care is also usless. Even to cancel the connection, i had to run to BSNL office twice, with ancient methods of writing letters, and waiting in queue just to pay outstanding amount and return the modem. Even after cancelling, the bills came to me for a few months, until I went to BSNL and made a ruckus out of the useless processes. Then I let go BSNL for good. You have a great reach in India, but very poor systems & processes. World will not wait. You need to catch up. Thank you for your message though. Very kind of you.
