Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Nos. of omplaints raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection

But when I try to call at 1507, from BSNL I got this message "Sorry, the service is unavailable at the current time. Please try again later."
