Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. So it's not useful even bsnl 3g provide better ping then Jio 4g 5g in my area. If I complain they tell we are working on it but untill new tower installed nothing will fix.
