Today 27th March,Even after all this time,no problem has been solved.Kindly solve this!

Girls responding to calls hearing problems advises to call after 2 hours under some pretexts . It ha happened to me for last few days and just now 10 minutes back again . Please stop such farce .

Tried calling cc, salesman, no answer. Very Frustrating and disgusting. I want to discontinue service and want a full refund.
