Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
