    @PMOIndia @narendramodi plight of retired and other customers of Post Office at urban area is pathetic due to link issues at premise - as you have already killed BSNL can you ask Jio telecom for connecting post offices ? @IndiaPostOffice

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, there is no internet in our broadband line of BSNL.. 033 25683814. Landline is also dead.. I am a IIT student... For no internet, I am not able to attend online classes...It has been more than 3 days... Complained but no result...Plz help.. @BSNLCorporate

    Hello, @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Today at 10:04 pm my mobile number port in to BSNL from airtel. I got my tele verification OTP. But when I try to call at 1507, from BSNL I got this message "Sorry, the service is unavailable at the current time. Please try again later."

    @CMDBSNL Hello sir, My father is retired employee of BSNL. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Would be grt if U can help.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw went to surrender my father's bsnl landline... Told to come back on Saturday. Why can't these be done in one hour? Why so much of red tape? Can't we have a customer friendly approach?

    Still now can't able to send text to that number i.e. 56161600 provided by @AxisBank to receive my customer id.Plz do some needful as because I need to send a prescribed text on that number from my registered number & I really don't want to leave BSNL for this reason. @BSNL_KOTD

    @BSNLCorporate @KolkataPolice Then he asked me to provide my gpay pin so that he can deduct Rs 2 and fix the BSNL issue for ever. I refused to provide my PIN, then he started threatening me that my BSNL connection will be disconnected and will never get resolved. @KolkataPolice cyber crime, plz take action.

    @BSNL_KOTD #Talk to BSNL CGMCTD D/Sir, My landline telephone number is 033-25525460 It is dead on 03.06.2021. Your department assured me on 15.7.21 for restoring my landline service within 10 days. Please expedite the process. This will be helpful to me, a supersenior citizen .

    @BSNL_KOTD 03325421089 gone dead down since 14th May. No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team. Docket no 16120965782.Pls do the needful.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Dear Team,my landline services are getting hampered/disconnected very often. The service man is stating that handset needs to be changed but their office had stopped providing replacement for landlines..!! Is it as per the policy of BSNL? Any luck here?

    @BSNLCorporate In my home location bsnl only provide 2G service although there is a bsnl tower in my area. Where 5g is knocking, your network provides only 2g network. My area is Chaipat, Paschim Medinipur, WB-721148. Please do the needful otherwise I will port out.

    @selvamraja @KommawarSwapnil Raja, switch to BSNL Fibrenet. I did that 2 years back and it works really well and service is very good. I get speeds more than 200

    @ViCustomerCare Vi Is The Biggest Scam In India. If You Are A Vi Customer Please Port Your Sim Card With Other Network Operators (Like Jio True 5G, AirTel 5G & BSNL 4G). Please SMS PORT<SPACE><YOUR 10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> TO 1900. I Already Port My Three Vi Sim Cards To AirTel.

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare I requested Porting from my BSNL to Vi, because of poor network coverage in my new locality on Thursday (04 Sept 2025). Got the UPC and applied for a MNP change on Vi Prepaid sim. The agent came and delivered the sim.

    @KommawarSwapnil Had Airtel WiFi down for days. They kept saying by end of tomorrow. For the weeks it was down I had to pay. Finally had an hour long call to disband their services. Airtel and jio have become duopoly. Modi gov has broke down bsnl. Pity.

    @Adani_Elec_Mum I use bsnl sim. So no network no point of sharing contact. U have the pic. U have the address, the location. What, is stopping you from maintaining the basic duty. U need an email from higher ups?
