@BSNLCorporate Very poor connection in my area. Unable to do WFH. I've been using BSNL WiFi since 3-4 years. But you're not giving the satisfactory services and not even attending my calls or neither replying to mails. Going to change my provider soon.

Why only BSNL, it is normal with every government institute. Police, post offices, income tax,hospitals, municipal offices. Account in #sbin = harassment of customer.

Interested. Since 14/8/2020 my complaints are pending,no one knows the fate ,except receiving docket no. No action. Below text received "Dear Customer, thank you for calling BSNL, your Docket No is 4H1431527634." atleast will you now sort the problem.

@phedhry Sewerage water entered in basement of BSNL telephone exchange building at Sirsa. Only and one only JE PHED Mr. Rohtash is doing efforts but due to limited resources work is not completed even after a lapse of 7 days. Senior officer are requested to support and intervene.

@airtelindia I ported from BSNL to Airtel on 15th Dec in hopes for better experience.Your doorstep sim delivery is false advertisement! I went to your store & they handed me a damaged sim. Now,your customer service tells me I have to pay extra to replace the sim.Switching to Jio.
