But i cant access the bsnl tunes service on both numbers. I have twitted about this also. But till not solve from feb 2020.

But you're not giving the satisfactory services and not even attending my calls or neither replying to mails. Going to change my provider soon.

BSNL not getting 3G or 4G while all other private players got it definitely slowed down its growth/expansion plans. BSNL's towers paved the way for growth of private players is unquestionable. BSNL could bring much more than starlink too if only the government had the will!
