    @CMDBSNL Sir I am an old customer of post paid BSNL and Land line. Finding little disturbing to hear again and again pre recorded message of #corona virus. Request you to give facility to avoid this by pressing any key. Kindly look into. @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNL_MH @bsnlpune

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @narendramodi @rsprasad Register office at Hinjewadi Pune is not working due to BSNL Network issue. Its waste of time here. BSNL should rectify this as this is very important office. BSNL should be made private organisations. Worst service by BSNL.

    @idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

    @Idea My Phone is Barred since 18th Jan 2020! I ported this number from @BSNL to @Idea ! The Due amount was paid on 21st Jan 2020 and provided all the necessary documents. Still my outgoing and incoming as well is barred. Pathetic and Shameful Service.

    @BSNLCorporate I had talk with them. They help me for discussion. But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TRAI @rsprasad @PMOIndia BSNL is talking of 4g when it can't even provide better 2g in Pune city. Now I know why people don't like BSNL. I got myself ported to BSNL in search of a better network but got babaji Ka thullu and middle finger from BSNL...sad.

    @BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

    @ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

    Mr. Parvez Rahman ensured that if problem recurs, I can inform him. Unfortunately, I could never reach out to him at at 033 2550 1200. He also told me, he would arrange fibre optic network, unfortunately that was also not done. So nice of BSNL! It is faulty once again due to rain

    @JWesleyhunt Incorrect analysis. Bsnl refused to adapt to the changing competitive environment. It is overstaffed and under worked. Clandestinely (for a price) ensured poor services making way for private players. Why should the taxpayers money keep an almost dead horse on ventilator?
