Landline not working for a very long time. 2 complaints registered and each were resolved as per status on the bsnl website BUT phone is still dead. Is your team still supporting landlines or should I close this service?

Praveen Dubey (@Praveen433805) reported@IndianTechGuide It's good that they are launching 5G, but they should first fix and improve their 4G network properly. Even then, BSNL will become quite good, and people won't even look at other SIM cards. The current condition of BSNL is very pathetic.
