@BSNLCorporate Check DM, shared video of how officers don't receive call back regarding pending issue for which you have replied. Check yourself, call that number and see whether your call is received. Bsnl self care portal profile default number is to be changed. They just don't understand

@ANI . BSNL has/had big customer base & huge properties but inefficient. Where as Airtel Vi vendors accept money till 8pm in any form Card, Cash BSNL doesn't accept money after 2.00 pm. Internet is not reliable NoGood service.

There seems to be a positive development Tejas has booked loss on dues from BSNL...but now that the Govt has sanctioned 5000 crores to BSNL, any dues recieved from BSNL will go to boost the bottomline of Tejas Next 2 quarter bottomline Nos may not be as bad as earlier expected

@DoT_India Please make corrections to the portal to have the option to downgrade your plan. It’s not fair to have only Upgrading the plan. It’s good trick to cheat the subscribers. 5 ~10 times they ask CC and at BSNL off but nothing works then they leave it with that higher plan. Very Worst
