    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate We are Koregaon Park Pune Suyojana Society have raised a complaint for restoration of BSNL landline but authority say we do not have money to repair and upgrade to FTTH for Rs 5 k is this how you treat all senior citizen who are your old customers?

    @pgm_pune_bsnl @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl Hi sir , my location is Pune , Post- Bhukum, Near shell petrol pump. I am using Bsnl mobile network from last 6 years but this location is not having Battery support for BSNL Tower.Bsnl team syas no battery alloted till now. Pls resolve it.

    Visited to BSNL office akurdi, Pune. It is very unfortunate that not all official works are startimg at 10.25 am, even if the official time is 10 am. This is the problem with our country, once the person get permanent job, he/she will not do job properly.@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @pgm_pune_bsnl Complaint # 1057680874. Landline not working for a very long time. 2 complaints registered and each were resolved as per status on the bsnl website BUT phone is still dead. Is your team still supporting landlines or should I close this service?

    @BSNLCorporate Issue is that unable to use BSNL number at the moment.all banks have this number.cannot receive OTP as well.

    @BSNLCorporate What kind of service do you have! i ported my sim to BSNL and also paid the recharge amount. Now I see that only porting is completed n recharge is not done.Then why did you take Rs420, when u didn't recharge my number. My incoming is also shut as of now.Pls assist

    @BSNLCorporate I have purchased BSNL sim yesterday, but there is still no network. I called customer care but the excutive did not resolve the query. She asked me to call 1507 for televerification. But as there is no network how am I suppose to call. Cust care is exec is not help

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL Pune City does not deposit and any other credit until 6 months even after telephone is disconnected. They are rude and CSC does not attend to phone calls. I have made more than dozen visits for this purpose.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From today morning, we are facing Internet issue in Dehu road. We have called multiple time to Dehu Bsnl office but they just casually answered it. Really Patthetic @airtelindia we are egarly waiting foe your service.

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322

    BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

    @bsnl_care I am tired of your solutions. Since 8 months you done nothing Inspite of repeated complaints. You just registered dockets & closed. I am waiting till sep 26 my my recharge end. I will port out. Sorry I don’t want your worst service. Bsnl a white elephant because of staff only.

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues
