    @DCKamrupMetro @CMOfficeAssam Another issue remains unattended: Post of APDCL & BSNL in various parts of the city were previously erected in such a manner that these posts now became hazardous/accidentprone/some posts come middle of the road due to road widening. Road corners & junctions need early attention.

    1/2 We called up BSNL Official stating the urgency for reconnection but all request went down the drain. Poor service & pathetic attitude of Staff is the reason why BSNL customers have ported out from your services. Job of few hours is not done in weeks. Really shameful act.

    What's Wrong with #BSNL service i have two BSNL number at my home both plan got expired & i tried to recharge atleast 10 to 15 times on both my number with taking different plans but everything it show something is wrong... I have tried with different payment apps & accounts too

    @narendramodi Sir Iam very much regret to inform you that BSNL service in Guwahati, Assam is vv poor,3G but poor version. World is going for 5G. You are promising 4G in Arunachal, Ladakh etc. What is our fault? Please look into it.

    Bsnl net via ofc down wef 10/01/22. Since bsnl connection taken it is observed 2/3 dsys in a particular month net not avbl Ph:03612999194 Add:Bokul Bon Path.Oppo of Indian Oil petrol pump. If services not improved i wl be forced to switch service provider. Contact no:8811096951.

    @TRAI Dear Sirs, originally I was a customer of BSNL. Vv poor service, so I ported to Reliance- same problem ported to jio- poor service ported to BSNL - again same problem vv poor service .NOW WHAT TO DO?

    @CMOfficeAssam Guwahati, capital of Assam, gateway to NE still BSNL net service 3G. World is going for 5G. Atleast we should get 4G service, what is your view? Atleast this is to be bring into the notice of central government

    Tried to pay the postpaid bill of mobile as usual through the MY BSNL application. After selecting payment through upi and paying the amount, the MY BSNL app got closed and the amount got deducted. Tried calling customer service. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @DoT_India

    @rsprasad Respected Sir,BSNL Data in Guwahati,Assam is still provided with 3G. When we shall get 4G service? Or you are thinking to provide directly 5G?

    I am a #BSNL broadband consumer 03612236223, sadly my net is not working since Tuesday and I have contacted the line man multiple times but it is of no use. Can you imagine this kind of service from private companies. This is why people don't use #BSNL anymore.@BSNL_AS

    @Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

    @BSNL_AS @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP We have been following up with BSNL Guwahati for reconnection of Mobile Number 9435269111 / 9435275111 & 9435276111 from last 5 days. No payment outstanding. Inspite of requests to officials & customer care, nothing has been done. Pls intervene

    @Gopalharlalka @ChD_1980 Another worst PSU is the BSNL. The officials never attend office in time. I had the bitter experience.. reported the matter to higher authority but to no effect. They are always in a mood to harass customers.

    @PTI_News It's OK, spent 1.64 lakh crore for BSNL's service to interior where private telecom does not go. Similar to what SBI. But the government must find a way to get rid of the useless corrupt officials, who are solely responsible for its downfall. Outsourcing to private is a solution.

    @diljitdosanjh The problem in farm bills If u remember jio offered free net Which led to decline of many companies including BSNL(government) And same is the case here If the company can offer free data So the company can buy food at price 2 time MSP And will led to decline of mandi system

    @Icarus_Reloaded To give their private firm friends the benefit. Y it work perfectly well in smaller cities? Because pvt. Companies don't want 2 go there. BSNL works perfectly in pathankot too & here u can't even get it's network. How else wud they reduce their expense on wages of govt employees

    @BSNLCorporate my telephone no.0761-2341345 is dead since last five days . complaint also large. But no one respond. Very poor performance from BSNL.

    Pathetic service from @BSNLCorporate. Complained so many times in a span of three months and no action has been taken for fluctuating broadband connection. Lineman at the exchange centre is saying that he won't come to fix our line because they haven't given his salaries. #bsnl
