    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate As per your field engineer My tv my phone my laptop everything has a problem but not from bsnl So should I buy new tv phone and laptop? What kinda justification is this? I'm having 100mbps connection the least I expect is 50 precent of the speed which is 50mbps I'm getting 7/10

    @reliancejio the worst in customer service. Provide fabricated customer address on postpaid bills . No internal customer grievance redressal system. Arrogant team who think they're the only service provider. Rated worst than BSNL.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_India I got my BSNL phone disconnected on 2-Dec-20 under order number 124029641253. On 21-Dec-20 the latest bill showed a negative balance, yet have not received the refund. Can you please help get me my refund.

    @abhijitkadle My experience with You Broadband has been horrible. Does Hathway/BSNL service your area? I'm on a BSNL FTTH connection, highly recommend it.

    @BSNL_KOTD Sorry, i read BSNL CTD inauction.... Actually i am fed up with this poorest network for years & after wating for half an hour, no complaints get registered at 1503. They just don't register any complaint. (1/2)
