    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @devusinh Respected honorable minister customer of bsnl since 1983 ,had been complaining to SDO ADM and other official and private vendor of bsnl regarding broadband services communication optical fibre,no resolution ,one advise switch to another connection#05422412052,2984636

    @devusinh @narendramodi In my village no 3G network available of BSNL and no proper coverage of 2G So available 4G network in my village Gram Panchayat Mokhtiyarpur Pin code- 851133 Begusarai, Bihar no one is able to use BSNL service in my village so please provide proper signal of BSNL @BSNL_BR

    I had bought a BSNL postpaid sim. After use of around 1.5 years I have to got block the SIM totally due to some reason by calling customer care but even after closing the SIM, it's monthly bill is rising every month. Please look into the matter urgently. @BSNL_BIHAR

    Who says BSNL has not joined the looteras gang? For a plan of 365 validity costing 397 it has raised the price to 797. Now isn't it 100% increase? @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl That too with no good network. I am sure, BSNL authorities must be using Jio so they don't know problem
