    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate our area Karnataka state, Dakshina Kannada district, Kadaba Taluk, Yedamangala Village Have one waste BSNL tower. Please check this tower why not working in properly. This tower still 2G signal is there, please upgrade to 4G network and properly need good network

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Pl strength 4g singal in all over india.. Small issues in 4g in my near place last week thunderstorm so bsnl service struggle near 5 days resume their service lot of calls but private next day they resume service..

    @BSNLCorporate I had ported my number into BSNL via your online doorstep delivery option and paid fee also, none of any executive came to deliver the sim and when I called customer care they told me that we don't have any service to deliver sim at your doorstep.

    Today read in a Malayalam paper that BSNL has started some 5QG service in Hyderabad but our FTTH network in Mumbai usually stumbles along, but is frequently interrupted by injuries it suffers during road works. The internet has been out of order for the past one week and there is nobody to attend to the complaints. Request for service made from my husband‘s office too is met with casual response. It was not like this before, there were always technicians at hand to attend to complaints. A vendor ( that’s how he described himself ) said that the cable got severed and they have not been able to identify the spot yet.

    @JioCare It’s been days since I paid for JioAirFiber, but no connection or response yet. If you don’t want to provide service, at least let me know so I can opt for other providers like BSNL or Airtel who install same-day. I want a full refund. I’ve tried all ways to contact you

    @narendramodi Govt Should Urgently Overhaul, corporatise, privatise,full digitise: • EPFO • BSNL • India Post • Indian Railways Corrupt, inefficient,govt officers bureaucracy destroying Bharat. Citizens Suffer For Absolute Basic Services. End govt service,pension,perks.

    BSNL network is horrible in my area. No signal on ground floor, mobile data barely works, UPI SMS fails every time, OTPs don’t arrive. Tired of this useless SIM. Cheap plans mean nothing when the service is cheaper than the price. #BSNL #NetworkIssue @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
