    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @bsnl_care I had gone to BSNL office Dehu Road Pune for porting mobile number. I was told to come afternoon as the server is down . I again reported at 1500 hrs and I was told that the system is still down hence porting process cannot be undertaken. This is how BSNL is running.

    @Koioszz BSNL was never truly alive in the first place to be killed. in the past few years it has improved both in terms of service provision and finances. expecting a loss making PSU with only 2% of its population paying taxes to compete with ultra rich business entities is not fair

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @CMDBSNL Residents in Saswad 412301 (Pune) are unable to get new BSNL SIM cards for over a 2 week. Reply"the App is not working." While people are eager to switch to BSNL, such technical problem. Please look into this urgently....

    @keeetzo Same happened to me by @BSNLCorporate. Never gonna take one or suggest one from bsnl again. My whatsapp was working fine. I didn’t even notice until random guy tried to log out of it. I had to change every single thing Aadhar, pan, bank account, PF account. Irritating.

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, if you provide such poor service and calls can’t go through during emergencies, how will customers stay with BSNL? They will simply switch to another provider. So, please improve your signal strength or do whatever is necessary. take action
