When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

Got a phone call from 8022341345 for reset . Done but still weak internet signal unable to use.I am getting bsnl call only reset of phone. The root cause seems to be a bsnl mobile tower.

@BSNL_KL my home landline @thiruvalla has been down for more than two weeks. The answer given by BSNL TVLA employees is that they have no spares and cannot repair the fault immediately. My 82 year old father has been a @BSNL_KL loyal customer for the past 40 years plus. Pls help
