    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    I'm a BSNL fiber user My internet regular bill comes around ₹707, but on the March month & June my bill is around 1296/. I have spoken with customer care service and they are telling another story. Why do I have to pay so much to bsnl more money @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

We request that you kindly allow up to 7 working days for verification and reconciliation, as such transactions may take additional time to process.     @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue
