    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @deepdownanlyz BSNL telephone exchange is in my area. A few years back the situation was that when electricity went off the mobile phone signals disappeared till the generator was turned on by them. After porting, never dared again for such fun.

    @BSNLCorporate The condition of BSNL SIM cards in the Banaigarh area is so bad that when you call NO ring. Even when the call is connected, the voice crackles so much that you can't talk. The internet also doesn't work properly. What kind of system do these people have?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Just whoever reading this reply just compain about you problems in cpgram portal if bsnl care is not hearing you like me I am gonna complain in my area network problem but no action taken by bsnl care even after complaining to bsnl customer care.

    @Heart_Ticke_r @ViCustomerCare Vi and bsnl network is very wrost even after multiple complnt no resolution I m complang from last 2 month they don't listen to their customers.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @DoT_India BSNL Fiber user for 3 years. Internet goes down frequently, sometimes for 5-6 days. Red light blinking issues are common, and local support is unresponsive. I'm a student and my online classes suffer because of this. Please take action.

    @TelecomTalk Airtel 5g works fine, but yes at evening 20 mbps here, otherwise nearly 100, and I don't feel any issue for day to day task, even bsnl gives constistant 15 mbps, but at evening jio gives 1 mbps only. It shows 5g when internet off , when I turn data on it comes down to 4g
