    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate Ya, its been about a week and no one contacted. Is this the customer service promised to us? I am just waiting for either @airtelindia or @reliancejio to reach here and i am gonna change to them. Bsnl is setting the lowest standard of service to be provided by anyone.

    @airtelindia You guys provide the worst service in india. Even BSNL provides better service then you guys. I'm complaining about the network from past 5 years. Still no action from Airtel. Why you guys even have the service center? Just close everything

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate I am not able to receive UPC to MNP from BSNL.I am getting a massage that delayed and could not be processed and try after some time.from last 4 days the issue remains same.BSNL customer service people are saying there is an issue with server help me on this.

Primary sim is of jio , that I use for calling and internet.. bsnl number is very old and I don't wana change it. Now I reinstalled g-pay

    @Secretary_DoT why dont you guys not refunding the deposit of the customers what is the purpose of holding customers money without releasing is that bsnl policy very pathetic service from bsnl grabbing customers money to bsnl pocket no employees are doing their duty

    @BSNLCorporate I said that he has a prepaid connection of BSNL and since 2 months he is facing network issue in his area. The network connection is not working properly. I unable to use the internet connection due to network issue call not going any number no network my area.
