    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate In a month, fiber connection shows no data for more than 5-6 days. Very pathetic service from bsnl. There is no relaxation in bills. Bsnl should go for prepaid plans, not for postpaid. It's like bsnl is way back in 1920s

    @BSNLCorporate Issue still pending. No one is even responding. Really BSNL personnel here are hopeless and irresponsible. And they don't even bother about the issues of customer.

    @BSNL_RJ 28 days left; your services will be withdrawn if you do not pay the final bill of your previous service provider and submit the payment receipt at the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre by 380.87. Thank You Are sure that i have not paid this amount???
