    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate I went to bsnl office and they say only aadhar nothing else. I am already a customer just want a new SIM. My region is UP East. If other ID is accepted then why is BSNL office not issuing new sim with PAN, Voter ID or DL?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Dear BSNL. My biggest mistake in my life is choosing you my connection will stop any time in month and then it will fix after 3,4 days and it happens again and again. I complained many times everywhere but no resolution still wifi not working since 3days.

    @MIB_India At Chopan (Dist. Sonbhadra in U.P.) Nework of BSNL Mobile remain off for several hours daily. I am watching since last 3 months. Now a days every time we need network for several reasons. Please try to make it smooth and continuous.

    @DrPeering @inregistry @decixindia NIXI is full of bs employees and leaders in my opinion. Same with BSNL as well. IPv6 is usually broken too on their website(s).

    @BSNLCorporate When? Are you waiting for another budget? Remind it was 44720crore budget in the year 2022 for development of bsnl,and this is your service. What you guys doing with that?jio launched 5G and you guys can't even serve 3G properly!!! Why?Is not a joke?? @narendramodi @PMOIndia

    @sandeep_PT @Lolita_TNIE Sir, first let *our* revered BSNL return the security deposit of their own customers when landlines is surrendered. They claim 6 months to return the customer’s deposit. Forget about any interest being added. In my case, it’s been 10 months now. Still waiting!! Helplessly.

    @10digiapp The BSNL plan I opted for while making the payment/booking on your website is different from what has been activated by the provider. Is there any justification & resolution you gonna provide or do I need to continue following up?? You are telling 3 GB & BSNL offered 2

    @CGM_GUJ_BSNL @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate I have bsnl number working but no use since one year because bsnl network is zero around my house. Made many complaints but no solution. Tweeted to cgm ahmedabad and informed Delhi cmd also.

    @sandeep_PT @BLRrocKS BsNL doesn't have customer service. If we have govt employees who thinks the job is permanent & doesn't even care to address the issue
