    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt my parents are senior citizens using BsNL landline and wifi. But the wife never works. Tired om complaining as the complaint never registers. He has been paying the bill every month without understanding. Why are you looting people? STOP!

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate BSNL signal has been completely lost in Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad since yesterday. Such poor service from a Central Government telecom company is really disappointing. Customers are unable to make calls or use internet services.

    How long will it take for BSNL to active it's own prepaid customer's SIM to activate? If BSNL is not capable of handling postpaid then why does it even offer such kind of service and for that why a person with only one SIM like me will suffer? (2/2)
