    When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

    @BSNLCorporate i am unable to connect bsnl network, it's showing selected network is not available and if i opt out automatic selection it just shows emergency I have tried everything. 8800106141 is my mobile no and i can't even connect to costumer care as there is no network

    @BSNL_KTK Why BSNL network is down in Nagondanahalli. All most every weekend we are observing down on this network. Seems BSNL doesn't care about customers.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir,kindly do something,as a citizen we wanted to support BSNL but they are not willing to work,I have applied for BSNL fibre 2 months back n ready to pay all the installation cost n charges but since there is no accountability for work they are ignoring.

    @BSNLCorporate From BSNL network Banking SMS to the number 5676766 is not going from last 12 months. Customer care officials are not rectifying this. They are saying it is a general issue and they are asking to try after some time. So take some action to solve the issue.
