    @BSNLCorporate hi, I want a new sim for my father who is 80 years old and cant travel much. Your office people in Indore want him to come to office and get picture clicked. When asked for alternate solution, they rudely say “no other option”.#bsnl

    BSNL gave ftth service to contractor in Gr Noida. But Contractor doesn't work timely,not attend complaint promptly. He sleeps on Sat & Sun like BSNL employees. Even Complaint made on Fri to 1500 but after 4 days, none rectified it. Very poor service.@GmBSNLNoida @BSNLCorporate

    Calling every Tom, **** and Harry in the BSNL office to hear the words, "We'll fix it under 1 week" it's been 2 months of hearing that. Now they have stopped picking our calls. Everyone in our area is frustrated and we've had enough of you.

    @om_1992 Dear Sir The customer with number 9676501212 is requested to visit the nearest BSNL office/CCN/CSC as there exists a subsisting contractual obligation violation for UPC generation.Minimum main balance Rs 1.20 is required to send SMS to 1900.
