  When you have 2 options: Bsnl or Railtel, and you go for the Railtel just in hope of getting good service. Well, my friend you made the wrong decision. Railtel tops the chart in providing pathetic service and authorities are least bothered. @RailTel @RailtelRailwire @Railtel1

  @Shivaagnihotry Dear Customer, if a double recharge of the same amount is done, the second recharge will be kept in queue.   @bsnl_care I am tired of your solutions. Since 8 months you done nothing Inspite of repeated complaints. You just registered dockets & closed. I am waiting till sep 26 my my recharge end. I will port out. Sorry I don’t want your worst service. Bsnl a white elephant because of staff only.

  @BSNLCorporate All public sector banks has removed bsnl network from their system because of poor support, no accountability. Corporate business needs 100% availability which bsnl lags.

  All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

  @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

  @mohitlaws Even then, besides idea, vodafone, airtel, reliance and BSNL only had purchased 2G spectrum from auction.. Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged
