I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. I just want to say i received the call after around one month from when i complaint. This is how MTNL works. Think MTNL need to update we are in 2020 not in 2000. @rsprasad

Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

My number belongs to BSNL which is currently roaming on Vi India’s Delhi network because of BSNL’s ICR agreement between MTNL & Vi. I don’t think this is a problem because of Vi, but instead it’s your ICR agreement.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash.
