    @libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

    MTNL Dolphin mobile network is not available even at Delhi. Areas like Andrews Gang, HUDCO Palace, Sadiq Nagar, AV Nagar and nearby localities are beyond the purview of this network.

    @MTNLOfficial I’m unable to top up FTTH data pack on my number 011-20884060. Helplines 154,1505,1507 unable to help . Sheikh saral mtnl SDO not responding on 26015300, 26014900 and 26014141. Everyone passing the buck on another . No help for last 2 days .

    @rsprasad @DelhiMTNL @MTNLOfficial My no. is 22831737 & my telephone set is not working. After exchange of telephone set with another one, MTNL employee gave old telephone set which is also not working. My no. is 9871420687. Why they don’t give proper working new set.

    The day @reliancejio was Launched with full page PM Modi ji pic in all leading newspapers. Slow poisoning of MTNL & BSNL started. Jio Airtel r much cheaper. Waiting for the day when a corporate will sell grains and other food essentials cheaper than the Govt run ration shops.

    I beg to differ, as I have just in-boxed a complaint to the MTNL Chief that it’s been a week and my landline is still not working..their inefficiency reminds me of the days government had a monopoly.

    Pathetic @MTNLOfficial FTTH service. My Broadband 20852636 is unserviceable since 02 Nov. MTNL Complaint 1130 refused to register asking to dial 22221507 which kept me waiting more than 10 min but couldn't register complaint. @CMD_MTNL @mtnl @DoT_India Kindly look into.

    Now it’s getting on to be two weeks my landline is not working! Shocking, if this is the state of affairs in the capital. I insist the GM of MTNL writes a formal letter , so I can forward to the telecom minister for your apathy. Appalling service.

    The DoT has permitted telecom service providers, including Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea,& MTNL, to conduct 5G trials, but none of them will b using technologies of Chinese entities. Huawei & other Chinese Tech not included for trials. Thanks to d @narendramodi govt.

    The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) gave permissions to Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) to conduct trials for use and applications of 5G technology in India. The applicant TSPs include Bharti Airtel Reliance Jio Infocomm, Vodafone Idea and MTNL.
