It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

Currently, around 4โ5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like โpayment will be done this month or next month,โ but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Voice quality: Jio topped voice quality with highest Mean Opinion Score of 4.36. Best call setup time at 0.56 seconds. Call Setup Success Rate: Jio and Vi both above 99%, Airtel only 97.22%. Airport route coverage: Poor signal on just 0.15% of NoidaโIGI Airport route for Jio vs Airtel 0.41%, Vi 0.57%, MTNL 72.48%. Airtel paradox: Second fastest downloads but WORST latency. Upload speeds and consistency matter too.
