We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi
