@rsprasad @DelhiMTNL @MTNLOfficial My no. is 22831737 & my telephone set is not working. After exchange of telephone set with another one, MTNL employee gave old telephone set which is also not working. My no. is 9871420687. Why they don’t give proper working new set.

@airtelindia I have a problem of disturbed connection since long. Last week they said change hotstar & I paid INR 2k. No improvement. But Airtel staff advice. Do what you do in MTNL. I asked, his reply sewa dho &8 number do. Staff asking for bribe is Airtel policy

My mother, who works in MTNL, hasn't got her salary in last 4 months. My cousin sister, a teacher in MCD school, hasn't got her salary in last 3 months. My company has started job cuts. If you still think that our economy is not crashing down, then god bless you & this nation.

Now it’s getting on to be two weeks my landline is not working! Shocking, if this is the state of affairs in the capital. I insist the GM of MTNL writes a formal letter , so I can forward to the telecom minister for your apathy. Appalling service.

@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

Pathetic @MTNLOfficial FTTH service. My Broadband 20852636 is unserviceable since 02 Nov. MTNL Complaint 1130 refused to register asking to dial 22221507 which kept me waiting more than 10 min but couldn't register complaint. @CMD_MTNL @mtnl @DoT_India Kindly look into.

The day @reliancejio was Launched with full page PM Modi ji pic in all leading newspapers. Slow poisoning of MTNL & BSNL started. Jio Airtel r much cheaper. Waiting for the day when a corporate will sell grains and other food essentials cheaper than the Govt run ration shops.

@malikgarv 2/2 taken away from these organisations were done so that they can't compete with private players in market. Even after having fiber network in most part of country long before pvt players, they didn't encash it to fullest. 4G is yet to be completely implementated by BSNL & MTNL
