    @CMD_MTNL We have two telephone of MTNL-29212749 &29222004. These phones are out of order for 10 days in a month This can be verified from complaints lodged. The billing comes promptly. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE PHONES FOR EMERGENCY IS REQD TO BE OK. Pl attend

    @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

    @ACTFibernet No signal, mostly poor signal internet doesn’t work.Loose wirings in the service lanes warped with electricity and telepone poles of mtnl. Lose wiring in the lanes to be removed. people paying every month but bad service.

    @rsprasad Is MTNL shutting down? One cannot access any officials nor get any issue redolved in over teo weeks. The only communication we get is a monthly bill for a phone and broadband service that is not functioning, at a time when we have to depend on internet for everything

    @MTNLOfficial what a pathetic service you guys are providing, My MTNL number 27242201 is not working from last almost 45 days, I have complaint many times but no one came to resolve the problem, but all the times it shows your complaint is resolved. But the problem is same.

    I’ll never suggest for MTNL,FTTH broadbands. Useless either not working or working extremely slow. Service is extremely poor. Even @CMD_MTNL is non performer. Helpless man..

    @mid_day Both BSNL & MTNL are now stopping copper lines & their linemen telling, rather forcing people to buy their sub standard fiber internet connections. Local cable network fiber internet is much more efficient in MMRDA area than these 2 companies & cheaper too.

    @ZavierIndia @KshitijVar56284 3G Launch (2008–2010): MTNL launched 3G in December 2008 in Delhi/Mumbai, followed by BSNL in 2009. Private operators received 3G spectrum in 2010. 4G Introduction (2012–2015): Airtel launched India's first 4G network in Kolkata in 2012.

    @bsnl_care So, aren't you aware the link provided is not having any option to apply for BSNL mobile connection. Provide me a location in Powai, Mumbai from where I can buy the SIM. And plz don't tell goto to MTNL exchange as there is no service provider there.

    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate I have ported my two SIM cards from MTNL to BSNL.The activation timeline provided to me was 11 March 2026. However, the MTNL network is still showing on my phone and the BSNL network has not been fully activated yet. I kindly request you to activate

    The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138
