@DoT_India Today i received a call from MTNL. Who asked me "Is you telephone working or not". I just want to say i received the call after around one month from when i complaint. This is how MTNL works. Think MTNL need to update we are in 2020 not in 2000. @rsprasad

GM-MTNL-Our Broad Band Connection of no.011-26346798 is out of order for 20-25day complaint of which has been made no.of times in response to same calls have been recd.from Mtnl assuring early açtion but no official has visited till date to set right defect,Request to intervine.

@OfficialDMRC Kindly issue directions to open Gate No. 3 of Jangapura Metro Station as many Govt offices viz Soochna Bhavan, Scope Complex, MTNL Bhavan, MMTC, SAI, etc are situated near this gate.

@MTNLOfficial Complaint registered at least 5 times in Oct’20 for my landlines & Internet but no action taken by MTNL pkt4 Mayur Vihar1 off.Paying full Bills on Time,but not getting d services of interest even for 10 days Seems u r forcing me to surrender the connections😟

@DoT_India dear dot you have make compulsory used mtnl bsnl service in government office . But issue is that nighter service of mtnl is good nor people comes in office after file complaint improve network quality

that our worthy Prime Minister, Shree Narinder Modi Ji gave Nation 5G for speedy communication. But unfortunately your MTNL Dept. could not bear it. Since the day Nation got 5G my INTERNET service stopped functioning totally. No one is there to listen. Is not this all strange ?

@SBICard_Connect Your call centre services are atrocious! The connections are like old time MTNL landlines and the staff is also equally untrained! Also, for premium customers, please launch another contact line! Your distribution network and ability to service aren't in sync!
