@MTNLOfficial our MTNL telephone is defective for 15 days and we have complained 4 Times. Every 2 / 3 days, they clear the complaint with out rectifying. Please help me to resolve the issue

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I really wonder how MTNL delay on complaints. I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. I request to @rsprasad ji please take some serious action to improve it.

Almost all the District Court Judges have MTNL Broadband/FTTH Connection at their home or in the court and 8 out of 10 judges have connectivity issues due to outtage during virtual hearings. We see it everyday. Shouldn't MTNL be pulled up for this? @barandbench @LiveLawIndia

tried multiple times call to call center but there are phone is busy like buisness man.. auto answer.. Sir we do payment for your service so we have right to asked why MTNL service is being bad to worst day by day.. And why do you charge for those days when don't provide service

@rsprasad my mtnl no is 23815123. My phone and internet is dead for since commencement of lockdown. My modem stopped working. I am billed every month. No action has been done on my complaints. Kindly look into the issue asap and take strict action.

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial I registered a complaint with MTNL for their broadband services on 5 Aug 2020 docket no 6134....no response yesterday called up 23782368. Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

Respected Sir .. I think you should work on to improve Mtnl services so far mtnl is not fulfilling customer services. Customers are leaving mtnl and opting other service providers just because of lack of customer commitment

@OfficialDMRC Kindly issue directions to open Gate No. 3 of Jangapura Metro Station as many Govt offices viz Soochna Bhavan, Scope Complex, MTNL Bhavan, MMTC, SAI, etc are situated near this gate.

@MTNLOfficial Is there no one to listen to our complaints? It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.

@scroll_in @Johanna_Deeksha What about public sector companies? Is enough recruitment happening ? Came across some youngsters employed by MTNL who came for repair work. They have no technical background, learning on the job , following instructions given by someone qualified. But they were recruited after forcing the older experienced employees to voluntarily retire. Before, the service was very prompt, it was easy to register complaints. Now it has become more complicated, if you know someone who is ready to help, you can contact him. And invariably it’s the MTNL cable that always gets cut. Why this is so , is a mystery.

Upon verifying with multiple sources (e.g., PRS India, government budgets, MTNL reports), total govt support to MTNL from 2019-2025 is around ₹10,000-15,000 crore, mainly for bonds and VRS—not ₹1 lakh crore.
