    Hello @MTNLOfficial .. nevermind, the issue has been resolved by physically visiting the Nehru Place and SSarai's office. Got first hand experience, of online payment for MTNL at its portal and what and how things works, I hope with this, there wouldn't be a next time like this 1

    @MTNLOfficial Again sorry to state that it's been six days but no action has yet been taken on my issue. What to say, better to close down MTNL and bring in a more effective and efficient landline service. My whole colony is sick of MTNL.

    @MTNLOfficial Very sorry to be writing this but it seems mtnl is just the name of an organisation where no work is done. No body is bothered to attend to the complaints. Phone lying dead for the past so many days, only complaint number has been given, 21, rest all dead.

    @MTNLOfficial Hi my MTNL phone CN - 2053427632 (Rajouri, Delhi) is Dead since Oct2019. No one came to check the fault yet. Lodged online complaints, called up but no resolution. Bills are coming continue. Pls check.

    I’ll never suggest for MTNL,FTTH broadbands. Useless either not working or working extremely slow. Service is extremely poor. Even @CMD_MTNL is non performer. Helpless man..

    @AshwiniVaishnaw, @narendramodi. Sir, policy of BJP is to respect seniors. In your regime senior Pensioners of MTNL are worst effected & suffered category. In 2nd.PRC 78.2% IDA was to be neutralised from 1/1/2007. MTNL/BSNL was allowed 68.8% only. BSNL allowed additional 5% only
