My connection is working but there is a lot of disturbance the moment we pick the headset. Can anyone help?

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.
