We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. Residence: Amber 067, Ground Floor, Emerald Estates, Sector 65, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. This is a three-storey building and surrounding houses are also only three storeys. My BSNL number is currently in roaming here and should be getting connectivity through MTNL. However, the network strength is extremely weak — even in the back bedroom signals are barely usable and calls frequently drop. Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. So better to save than focus purely on interest… Eg: We should’ve saved reliance defence coz it slowed down a couple of our key navy acquisitions.
