We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. Robin Rohit (@AaltooJalaltoo) reportedLoved my MTNL sim, but post Covid they have practically given Jio and Airtel a clear monopoly. No towers, no signal. I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.
