@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

@rsprasad Sir my request is to improve the services of govt. Companies instead to care the private company. I am living in Vaishali, Ghaziabad and having MTNL Mobile connection which is not working properly at all. I don't want to leave MTNL. I still hope that Govt. Will care it.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @CMD_MTNL I am balance recharged done on my mtnl Delhi prepaid with STV197 pack but last sometimes main balance cut in main account unnecessary I am not subscribe any service pls deactivate all Value added service and give me back deducted balance.

Very difficult to call, to receive, to send SMS, to use internet, to address complaints. Instead of strengthening MTNL, you are weakening it. Why? Privatization is not the solution. Employees are same - whether govt. or private. It is the policies that causes success or failure.

@MTNLMbiOfficial We were MTNL subscriber since years, then there was a cable damage at LBS Rd Kirol Road Jn, all users lost connection in area, Years took to repair that, now I can see that job is completed, please restore our MTNL line, infact if I can get OFC will be glad.

@Mohansinha You cannot let the Telecom Company fail and result in a duopoly. BSNL/MTNL are also not in a position to compete with Airtel and Jio. Look at it like the TARP investments of the US Govt. At some point when Vodafone becomes sustainable Govt will exit.
