@rsprasad Sir my request is to improve the services of govt. Companies instead to care the private company. I am living in Vaishali, Ghaziabad and having MTNL Mobile connection which is not working properly at all. I don't want to leave MTNL. I still hope that Govt. Will care it.

@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

Why was BSNL provided a unified license when you just have powers to maintain the MTNL network? No planning no new towers. @Ravisutanjani BSNL and MTNL charge zero if one doesn't call or use data! But no signal 99% time. I do hv a MTNL sim. I don't know if that's the choice customers want. There is minimum charge on electricity too. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

@MTNLMbiOfficial since more than three months the landline is not working. No one is responding at the MTNL office. But you are sending bills every month and expecting us to pay the same. We have paid also. Poor service. No one is responding.
