@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Allocation of funds to support BSNL and MTNL must done immediately by giving 4g spectrum immediately and infrastructure to Build 5g it's too late otherwise all the private Operators are in 5g trials

Staff has no interest in improving it they only getting free ka salary. Who will keep mtnl Sim. How many govt staff is using mtnl network I think no 1 Shakti ngr staff be suspended.

Due to zero network V hv not used Sim even a day. Unnecessary paid 528. U can check zero call made or received. Erring staff should b terminated

@TMCaTweetAway a branch of tree is lying for many days opposite babubhai petrol near MTNL. Garbage is collected from nearby place daily leaving only this branch, causing difficulty to commuters. please do the needful ASAP. Thanks @SJaiswal_IAS
