@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

MTNL has been rightly named "Mera Telephone Nahin Lagta". Nowhere in the world does: 1. a connection crash and remain unattended for 5 days; 2. The complaint portal doesn't work and 3. the toll-free no. is out of service. Ab bataiye!!! @MTNLOfficial

MTNL a bloody rogue company. I am fed up with my no 011-29916751having broadband. Every Month compelled to make 3-4 complaint and takes 3-4days for repair. Behaviour of lineman Munna Kumar is also very bad. Planning to return. Suggest everyone not to go for mtnl. Disgusting
