@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

@NH_India @umavijaykumar With the level of service MTNL/BSNL provides this is bound to happen.None of the younger generation is interested in any of the services of these companies.

MTNL recording informed me that the line I'm calling is down. After few more tries I didn’t see any merit in waiting longer. Thankfully a navy officer, jogging nearby, showed up. I spoke with him, told that if we don’t find a cab right away the victim might not survive. 3/n

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @PMOIndia Sir, if staff is not working then start deducting salary of one day. From the next day they will start Doing their job properly. MTNL is paying salary for the work which has to be done to staff.

@TruecallerHelp @ It is very strange of True Caller that it is labouring hard for other sectors like IGL,BSES,MTNL and others. My IGL bill was received by me last week only to be paid by 15/04/23 but this True Caller service centre is sending me messages daily 2-3 times daily !
