@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

Our MTNL, Delhi phone no. 011-26104890 is not working from the past 6 months.We were informed that the cable was stolen and cable will be replaced, the bills will be waived off for the period cable is restored. Please help, no action is being taken on our complaints @DoT_India

@reliancejio there has been frequent disconnection in our area Yesterday the wifi was down for more than 9 hours in a single stretch Today the initial estimate by you is 5 hours Are you guys kidding MTNL doesn't disconnect this often and for such long hours
