@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

Not sure if it is already taken care. However, to highlight,telecom companies like BSNL, MTNL should hrab this opportunity of COVID to provide seamless and high-speed internet plans to every area and provide support. Chance to get an upper hand in the Broadband. #BSNL @PMOIndia

@KumarPr14606405 @DoT_India The nearest serving site to the location is down leading to poor mobile network. MTNL Team is trying hard to restore it. After restoration of it mobile network shall improve at the customer location.

BSNL service is one of the costliest per Mbps speed, and one of the crappiest. Compare like with like

The officer on 3rd floor I spoke with, was so rude to answer in saying that we are paid to earn profits and not to satisfy customers. How much profit MTNL is earning can anyone reply??? This is the reason why people are shifting to private companies. SHAME ON MTNL.
