@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

Dear Sir @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad sir...should a phone complaint be rectified in a month or two to three months? Rents are being charged on Dead phones. Last year our phone was rectified after six months. It functioned 10-15 days and again dead. Is anyone accountable for MTNL?

@MTNLMbiOfficial lines from main junction box at SPS Marg , Bhandup is dead for past 2 months. MTNL officers at Bhandup have been telling that they are not getting Cables to fix the issue. MTNL users of Chetna Apartments and other societies are suffering . Please resolve.

@MTNLOfficial Mumbai mtnl bill payment registered in online banking is not working now properly ever since lockdown as also line conjunction is very much between two mtnl exchanges even complains r attended very lately. U need to focus if u want to survive!!
