@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

@sanket Even I got an MTNL connection, was th butt of jokes when all friends had Vodafone and Airtel, which had a better signal. Shifted to Airtel, as my friend had Airtel and Airtel-airtel free minutes Ensured out closeness!
