@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

@NH_India @umavijaykumar With the level of service MTNL/BSNL provides this is bound to happen.None of the younger generation is interested in any of the services of these companies.

@raghurajs_hegde @AJayAWhy This is a never ending debate. I do think though that our policy makers have deliberately run down public services (MTNL comes to mind) to benefit pvt providers (hand in glove). That's not a level playing field. Now we have pvt monopoly which is as bad as far as call quality goes

@MTNLMbiOfficial #mtnlmumbai @MTNLOfficial please note it has been more then 3 weeks I have raised a FTTH failure complaint number 5204 but your officials are not at all taking any action. Kids school work is suffering. Respected @rsprasad sir please help. MTNL earns free money.

@AnuragAgrawalMD @netshrink Exactly. My parents waited 7 years after booking to get their MTNL landline. We still have a BSNL landline, but changed broadband from BSNL to ACT, the difference in service is so stark it isn't funny. Certain areas are best provided by govt, and healthcare is one. Not telecom!
