On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

Residence: Amber 067, Ground Floor, Emerald Estates, Sector 65, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. This is a three-storey building and surrounding houses are also only three storeys. My BSNL number is currently in roaming here and should be getting connectivity through MTNL. However, the network strength is extremely weak — even in the back bedroom signals are barely usable and calls frequently drop. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
