@MTNLOfficial doesn't even work in monsoon, such is the infrastructure, when complaint about the issue one of the technician said 'dekha jayega jab monsoon ayega' now mtnl doesn't work here, just disconnects when there is slight wind and rain.

@rsprasad ji not using our office landline/broadband service mumbai MTNL due to lockdown since 24th March. Our office is closed but receiving & paying bills regularly. MTNL replied that they have no instructions for any relief in lockdown period, hope for relief from your side.

It's a terrible situation I'm facing right now, after closing my mtnl fibre connection with landline on 24th Sept.2021. I am still receiving bills for the same. I personally visited the office to resolve the issue few times, and was assured to resolve it within 1-2 days
