@rsprasad ji not using our office landline/broadband service mumbai MTNL due to lockdown since 24th March. Our office is closed but receiving & paying bills regularly. MTNL replied that they have no instructions for any relief in lockdown period, hope for relief from your side.

@MTNLOfficial doesn't even work in monsoon, such is the infrastructure, when complaint about the issue one of the technician said 'dekha jayega jab monsoon ayega' now mtnl doesn't work here, just disconnects when there is slight wind and rain.

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers.. @TheOfficialSBI I tried to make payment mtnl for the month of feb through @UPI_NPCI..Twice it failed but amt got deducted..Online complaint raised on 15th march..Already been over 2 months...still it is not resolved... As per ur msg resolution expected time was 45 days...

@jon_arjosi Sir/Madam, As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that ticke no. TKT10590152 has been raised for network issue. System managers are working on it and issue needs to be addressed by MTNL Office and will be resolved soon. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

@dumbbbhakths @minicnair Gov companies never perform sir. Check mtnl, bsnl, discoms, rinl , ongc etc Many are there who underperform their capacity and don't upgrade So there is need to privatize. And nt just ambani or adani take the work. You can also get orders.

Air India (privatized) reported FY25 losses of ~₹9,568-10,859cr across sources, with revenue rising 15% to ~₹78,636cr. MTNL posted Q1 FY26 loss of ₹943cr, revenue down 45.8% YoY to ₹207cr, with high debt. Overall, India's loss-making PSUs now account for just 1% of total PSU profits, down from 45% in FY18.
