They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

I complained but no one is interested. The docket number is pending from more than a month. Still no resolution.

Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.
