    @OfficeofUT I live in Madh Island, Mumbai. I sense corruption here on part of MTNL internet service. I have been trying to get the MTNL internet for past 30 days. But the MTNL person here says he doesn't have required material and has asked me to take private connection. (Contd.)

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial last one month i am lodging complaint date. 08.09.20 dock. No. 5076 for our mtnl landline dead but not solve the problam and bill has been genrated for the month of september 2020. Please look at this matter and solve this query.

    @rsprasad Dear Sir As a customer am chasing MTNL to topup broadband account but not get through to the link, phone and even on Twitter.Twt sent to MYNL,like last month again facing the issue of not able to top up for broad band as OTP is not received after applyingon the link

    @MTNLOfficial The worst of it's kind, it seems lot of ground staff has taken mass VRS , left MTNL with nearly no ground staff. Now when we lodge a complain, it is clearly told by complain receiving person, they do not have staff our phone will be attend when some one will come

    @MTNLOfficial My telephone is not working. I am facing this problem from past 9-10 months. I can't share my contact no. On social media but have complaint 3-4 times in mtnl office madanpura/byculla. They told they will resolve the problem with 4-5 working days yet haven't done.

    @MTNLOfficial Why is MTNL broadband down in Dindoshi (Mumbai) area? This is a recurring problem, I had complained on helpline. No callback @rsprasad Pls close down MTNL if you do not want to give service.

    MTNL Mumbai has totally failed to serve. My internet is dysfunctional for 3 days. Thrice MTNL promised to send technician but didn't. Inside source reveals that server is down & there is no service in Matunga. @MTNLOfficial pl restore immediately or cancel my subscription.

    @OfficeofUT I had to pay Rs 5000 for one month of private internet connection of very average speed, which is way higher than anywhere in India. I have been chasing the MTNL person for internet connection. But for no use. There is certainly a connection between the two. Plz help.

    @arunkum72433071 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    @TruecallerHelp @ It is very strange of True Caller that it is labouring hard for other sectors like IGL,BSES,MTNL and others. My IGL bill was received by me last week only to be paid by 15/04/23 but this True Caller service centre is sending me messages daily 2-3 times daily !
