@MTNLOfficial mtnl mumbai gamdevi area. I terner is working as 2g. Except after midnight when it is little faster. It is better to close down mtnl. Good for nothing service. Please let Modiji also know this.

Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

@TheOfficialSBI I tried to make payment mtnl for the month of feb through @UPI_NPCI..Twice it failed but amt got deducted..Online complaint raised on 15th march..Already been over 2 months...still it is not resolved... As per ur msg resolution expected time was 45 days...

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

@DrHiggsboson Frankly speaking I am a traditionalist. Happy with my chalk and board. These zoom sessions work well with uninterrupted network. Many of us with MTNL connection had a tough time hanging out on the platform. Registered with moodle now....

@DoT_India Thanks for forwarding but this is really a serious concern. I can assume from my self how good service is running by MTNL. I am facing such issue since August 2021. MTNL phone and Internet is up 7 days hardly in a month. When i sumitt a complaint, MTNL resolve it without action.
