Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

Conclusion - Checked with Airtel, vodafone and Jio....it's not their issue. It's issue with MTNL. Not malad, it has started echoing at Sakinaka exchange lines too

Any Paytm bosses listening? Your Paytm / Fastag customer care is a completely mismanaged set up : I try to recharge Paytm Fastag and the money gets locked up in Paytm gift vouchers and or goes to MTNL whereas the mobile was ported out long ago. Wil smone call me on 9868252423?
