I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.

When I sent a mail to MTNL they say you have BSNL sim and as BSNL has taken over MTNL they will not be able to help. Please let me know the service provider and center for complain in mumbai. HarshOpinion🌏 (@h_thakar) reported@TweetinderKaul @RelianceDigital @reliancejio I have never had any issues with MTNL / BSNL / VSNL internet. Have had them since dial up stopped. Both in Mumbai and Pune. Its fast with no issues. If anything, their contractor quickly solves the problem.

Raghunathan tk (@raghunathtk) reported@JM_Scindia @Officejmscindia . My monthly FTTH Bill is about ₹700 from MTNL, Mumbai. Now BSNL has raised a bill for ₹1394 . They are asking for advance pmt for January too and paid by 19th January ie before utilisation. Is it fair to customer @BSNLCorporate .
