Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

@AnantRangaswami @TataSky I dont dare to check. Cos today Airtel, Hathway, Tikona and MTNL are all down together. If Tata Sky is gone too, then all I can do to relax is read a book. Not a bad idea maybe!

@DrHiggsboson Frankly speaking I am a traditionalist. Happy with my chalk and board. These zoom sessions work well with uninterrupted network. Many of us with MTNL connection had a tough time hanging out on the platform. Registered with moodle now....

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

Conclusion - Checked with Airtel, vodafone and Jio....it's not their issue. It's issue with MTNL. Not malad, it has started echoing at Sakinaka exchange lines too

She approached her HOS and school's Clerk/Accountant many times regarding this issue. Clerk is citing the reason that due to MTNL/BSNL connectivity issues, the salary could not be processed. Owing to this, we are facing financial hardship.
