Currently, around 4โ5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like โpayment will be done this month or next month,โ but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
