There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

But timelines are unclear, winners are unknown, and valuations are still not cheap. In disruption phases, hope is not a strategy. Only deep margin of safety (very low valuations) protects capital.
