    Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

    @rsprasad I am doing my studies through internet. Suddenly my internet has stopped. My mtnl number is 022-28413282.I have been trying to contact the exchange but there is no response from mtnl executives. Kindly help as I am losing my studies.

    @AnantRangaswami @TataSky I dont dare to check. Cos today Airtel, Hathway, Tikona and MTNL are all down together. If Tata Sky is gone too, then all I can do to relax is read a book. Not a bad idea maybe!

    @MTNLOfficial I have MTNL broadband connection... now the problem is in this tough times, WFH is not possible coz the internet connection is not working since 3weeks now. Can you pls look into it. This is not acceptable

    Call 24x7 Customer Care numbers 0124-2641407 / 020-26231407 / 1860 233 1407 from MTNL / BSNL lines and Mobile / landlines of most private telecom operators in India only. All these numbers are not working @airindiain @HardeepSPuri

    @MTNLOfficial mtnl mumbai gamdevi area. I terner is working as 2g. Except after midnight when it is little faster. It is better to close down mtnl. Good for nothing service. Please let Modiji also know this.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Broadband services dead. No internet for over 10 days. Complaint docket number 3280 pending. Please check and revert. The MTNL complaint number 28872200 provided to me for follow up, is not even a working number.

    @DrHiggsboson Frankly speaking I am a traditionalist. Happy with my chalk and board. These zoom sessions work well with uninterrupted network. Many of us with MTNL connection had a tough time hanging out on the platform. Registered with moodle now....

    Aside from Jio, I have MTNL's internet that is quite expensive. It is totally dysfunctional for two dayd. Filing complaint has had no effect. @MTNLOfficial, rise to the occasion.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I hope MTNL department comes under you. My landline No. 022 25779770 was disconnected on my request on 27.03.2021 due to poor customer service. Security deposit is still not refunded to me on the contrary I am getting daily 3-4 calls to pay the overdue bill
