@rsprasad ji not using our office landline/broadband service mumbai MTNL due to lockdown since 24th March. Our office is closed but receiving & paying bills regularly. MTNL replied that they have no instructions for any relief in lockdown period, hope for relief from your side.

@MTNLOfficial doesn't even work in monsoon, such is the infrastructure, when complaint about the issue one of the technician said 'dekha jayega jab monsoon ayega' now mtnl doesn't work here, just disconnects when there is slight wind and rain.

@MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL isn't it insensitive on part of mtnl to tell customer to visit the mtnl office and submit a request to waive the charges for the 3 month period the landline was dead. Now outgoing is barred. Numerous DM sent
