@MTNLMbiOfficial Network in Mira Rd Naya Nagar still not restored MTNL tower on Hill View bldg turned off since 1st April 2022 nobody concerned? What should we do? Leave MTNL? Its 6 months now check my previous posts. No action taken no solution provided worst customer service.

@sanket If the Government run BSNL and MTNL will provide on par service (which they are in fact capable of) who will turn to the private players. This is a deliberate attempt so that those intending to benefit can fill their coffers.

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . It has been 2 weeks since I posted above tweet but my landline 28728096 is still dead. Can you resolve asap? You do not forget to send monthly bills, but when it comes to service then MTNL has no accountability. How pathetic!
