There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Voice quality: Jio topped voice quality with highest Mean Opinion Score of 4.36. Best call setup time at 0.56 seconds. Call Setup Success Rate: Jio and Vi both above 99%, Airtel only 97.22%. Airport route coverage: Poor signal on just 0.15% of Noida–IGI Airport route for Jio vs Airtel 0.41%, Vi 0.57%, MTNL 72.48%. Airtel paradox: Second fastest downloads but WORST latency. Upload speeds and consistency matter too.

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@CycleIndia_ As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that on date mentioned, there was a technical issue due to server down at Delhi circle level. The issue was affecting all post offices under the circle. A ticket was immediately raised with DC mumbai MTNL Vide Ticket No-TIC5847550 and the matter was escalated to higher authorities. The server issue has now been resolved and all counters at Vikaspuri Sub Post Office are functioning normally w.e.f All public transaction including POSB, PLI , Speed Post etc are being attended to. The inconvenience caused to the public due to this technical glitch is regretted Normal services have been restored.
