Since last 12 months my MTNL landline phone of office & home are dead. Did writen complains, visited 7 times, no respite. Finally will send legal notice, so they act What a pathetic level of service and people are trending #StopPrivatization PSU like MTNL is liability for India

Then we check calling from the number to our mobile and it was showing JB Nagar post office on True Caller This is the standard of MTNL , cannot spare more words for it Now have logged a complaint again

@MTNLMbiOfficial : What kind of service is MTNL providing. They know only to send monthly bills. If you cannot provide good service, then resign and get out. My net is not working the past 3 days. Don't you have any shame. You only keep sending bills. Get out and resign.

WORST SERVICE OF MTNL IN MUMBAI BEFORE ONLY INTERNET WAS DISABLED OFF AND ON AND SOMETIMES MORE THEN 2 DAYS BUT NOW THEY HAVE STARTED A NEW DRAMA EVEN THE PHONE SERVICE GETS DISABLED TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO SELL THE WHOLE MTNL TO OTHER FAVOURITE PEOPLE

What is this @reliancejio @JioCare jiofiber now remain down on occasional basis this is not how fiber should be working message showing it will be restored by 11:50 how i suppose to watch match then, My MTNL was slow but steady and never went down like this.
