However my question is will you only act on specific complaint and will not act as per bombay high court judgment where you have to remove all illegal hoardings and register case. On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

Multiple complaints to MTNL customer care is unattended till now. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.
