    Dear @PaytmMoney, @Paytm @PaytmAshaKiran my 5000 rs is block in my Paytm wallet from, your customer care is worthless that is IVR only there are option but they are not resolving my issue my KYC is already done, I feel you guys is holding money of customer like this

    I done a small txn on Paytm today my money got deducted but recipient couldn't get money. I sent money recipient again. And I've to wait 3 to 5 working days only for 20rs. What a services. I mean I'm very disappointed with this. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm lost all the previous orders and profile after login. Why are you creating new account with tjeaame old mobile number? Why are you blocking old account? Contacting customer support is worse and restoring account process also stupid process. Make it easy.
