Mr. @vijayshekhar, please improve your @Paytmcare services. It is very difficult to reach out to customer care executives in need to urgent support. While traveling, got to know that @Paytm #FasTag is #blacklisted w/o prior intimation. Had to pay #DoubleToll unnecessarily.

@Paytmcare The worst IVR amongst the available sources...if we need to talk an agent to get the resolution on call we can't as we dont hv the options.. my merchant a/c is deactivated and no response nor there is option to connect on call support as well....worst service #Paytm
