    @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I’m only receiving generic responses with no actual action. ₹1090 has been wrongly deducted despite fulfilling the offer conditions. I need an immediate refund & clear resolution, not automated replies. Please resolve within 48 hours, or I will escalate this matter further. Kindly treat this as urgent.
