@Paytmcare I am not able to pay 5000 just because of paytm’s issue bcz this is your responsibility to deduct the amount from transactions you don’t give anybody a huge amount and said your amount not deducted due to technical issue and now you have to pay 5000rs

@Paytm unable to update new number from paytm profile, request submitted through message us but no action. Email I’d not in use , bounced back and customer care is not for such small issue . Is there any other way to reach you to fix this issue.

@Paytm I'd applied for KYC but nobody came on scheduled date. I got call after few days person asking me to come for KYC but he didn't come. He did call me three times and no show. You CC called when I told the issue they simply disconnected. What the hell with payTM. Worst Exp.

@Paytm reaching out customer executive after passing so many steps and then finally failing again and again is so uncalled for when ur sms is delayed. What an app from Paytm wallet money cant be transferred to other QR codes apart from Paytm merchants.
